I'm a senior on a fixed income. I was told by many of my friends to try this site. Just put what you can afford and the rest of your information in, they said. They'll help you find a place. Well I'm practically homeless. I have 1 more month. DHS says I make too much money and everyone else just wants me to go to a nursing home.

I'm 67 years young. The only thing I can't do is walk up stairs. I don't want to live with roaches, yes roaches. I need help and have no one that wants to help me. I've been looking for a long time. The rents out there are so high priced.

My attempts to communicate with anyone via any means have been totally unsuccessful. No responses to phone calls and no responses to emails. I have my heart set on what appears as an "available"'home but cannot acquire one spec of information not interaction. Frustration beyond belief on my end. Beginning to believe the website is a hoax/sham.

The website is easy to use and navigate. I found several options in Texas and helped me family member find their home. I liked being able to use the form to contact the apartment complex or reach out directly with those that provided a phone number. The 3D tours are especially helpful to envision yourself in a new home!

As someone who has been in tech for 20+ years, I am super impressed with the usability and flow of this site. Search was easy to use and the results were spot on. Filters were easy to apply to searches.

I used to live there and I was charged 2 months extra rent when I did not leave my apartment until my lease was over. Crystal Houchins the manager of Ravine woods are having a creditor report false information on my husband and I credit report. The amount is for a lease break penalty when we didn't break our lease and have a utility bill showing that we lived in the apartment until the end of our lease. Can someone please tell Crystal houchins to remove this 2 month lease break penalty so we can resolve this matter

At first I wasn't sure about this site because of the baby on the homepage, but it turned out to be a good experience.

I was moving across country and didn't have much of time to search for an apartment. I had jumped around to a number of different sites and stumbled upon this one from search in either Google or Bing (I honestly cant remember which). Anyway. Found the site pretty easy to use with a ton of apartments and was able to send a bunch of emails to several apartments near where my new job was to see what was available. Lots of pics made it helpful too!

Couple of hours later I was submitting an application for one. It was all alot easier than I thought and I didn't have to deal with a locator or anything like that. So... thanks apartmenthomeliving!

I came across this group when I was looking for rental property in High River, Alberta which is a community I know very well. Apartment Home Living was displaying properties I knew were not for rent or had zero vacancies. Their ads only show three photos - all exterior - and all of which could be captured from other information posted online. One property was an affordable apartment building owned by the town, and they DID NOT contract with this group/organization to rent their units. I wrote seeking information on a particular property and received a response from another group based in Atlanta, Georgia. There is no way that Canadian landlords are going to contract with a US based group. This is a SCAM ORGANIZATION AND DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. I would provide a "minus" rating if at all possible.

This complex is run by a management company call Gem Management Co. I've lived here for 3 years and highly do not recommend it. Within these 3 years that I've been here they have had almost 10 manager changed. Most were fired or just quit because they were doing the right thing to served a tenant needs. Anything that's going to cost the complex $$$ they didn't want to hear it. This company fail to properly provide services for many years to a tenant that complaint about health issues that exist in the complex after it was reported to them and each time they would brush it off time after time leaving our family with unsafe health and living conditions for 3 plus years. We also found out from their previous employee that many times they would do things under the rug just to pass state and federal yearly inspections and do it all over again each year. They have a yearly re-certification which means they will stick their nosessy business noses into your personal life, documents and any financial accounts you have open out there. I've had to provide more documents here than I had to to purchase a house. I guarantee you will regret it if you move here just as I did. And when you are ready to move out you better have some cash ready to pay for all normal wear and tear that they fix or replace to have the unit ready for the next tenants to scams them with. See the photos. Pictures don't lie. These are the living conditions that they provide and are trying to hide from you. Don't be fool. Save your time, money, self respect and run. Please.
