I am filing taxes with AOTAX from last five years but first time I feel like they no longer care about their customers. I am trying to contact them via phone, in-portal messages from last 7 days for few queries but nobody is responding at call. When I called them on customer service, some lady picked up said we are very busy someone will call you in an hour but as usual nobody calls you. I tried this few times. If somebody knows how to reach to their management please let me know. I am very frustrated with them. I will not recommend to anyone. Please look for other options.

They are in the habit of fooling people. They have been absconding post stealing stimulus checks money from me and are not responding anymore. Please be aware of these people! Even here in a public forum, their priority desk says, they will try to resolve issues in next 24 hours, but no one follows up or calls to discuss the issue. This is fraud company.

Was a loyal customer over last few years. This year the service is so disappointing. I got 5 calls and 3 voice mails in a day before making payment. I noticed a wrong calculation and asked for a call back and never heard back. When I called them was put on hold for 5 mins everytime and got disconnected. Horrible experience.

Reached out to AOTAX for the first time basis a suggestion. The CRO's at AOTAX guided me through the process, easy & quick. Trouble in reaching out to them after finalizing draft and payment.

They are not an organized firm. They hires the college students from india for 3-4 months(Jan-April) for this job. They makes enoumous mistakes in filing. You will NEVER find any person once you have paid for the service. They just don't care even to reply your email. The entire scam is getting run from India. They will never do anything against any kind of letter/notice from IRS. DON't go for the cheap rates. It may take more than a year to fight with the dispute/litigation or payment issue. I am a victim of this AOTax SCAM.

I didn't find the option to give a rating in negative, otherwise, AOTAX deserves for negative rating.
Their staffs don't have knowledge about US Tax filing they are just to attract new customer and then no help from them. They will not let you anything in advance and once you are in trouble with the IRS, they will simply wipe out their hand.
So don't file any tax with AOTAX.

It has been now 6 years I am filling my taxes with AO team. AO Tax team always helped in filling my tax returns, also they took care of all my IRS queries, they provided me all supporting documents. Helped me to understand Tax returns and IRS queries.

After making payment, They stopped answering my calls. To get my original 1040 form they not even care. I keep on calling them but no use. Don't file taxes with them.

The tax filing process was very smooth. The customer relations officer (CRO) provided regular updates and explained everything very well.

I had a very bad experience with AO Tax this year, I am filing with them last 7 years but I never had such an experience. The dedicated account manager does not know the basic tax rules, they are not responding for days to my queries. My 5th-grade kid is better than so Called CROs (client Relationship officers), they don't know the basics, Looks like they are data entry operators. If you ask any question, immediately you will get a response "system is showing that value". It's time to get out of AOTAX.

Response time is really great.

I have provided all the documents and made the payment. They are not providing any update on the filing status. Their CSR is not reachable on the number provided, they have something called escalation and they take any action and they don't revert back. This is pathetic.

Excellent service with all your queries answer by CRO and CPA. AO TAX Portal is super easy to use.
