SCAMMERS

This has to be the Worst company Ever they have you purchase Travel protection and then don't honor the Contract. I purchased this insurance for myself, daughter and grandson. When I tell you it has been a roller coaster trying to get my money back from this company. I paid 2,575.00 for the trip. I work for the federal government and because of the disaster in Tampa, we are being deployed. I provided them with the travel documents the emails along with the date, time and location. The representative advised me that they only deal with military disaster when this was mandated by the military. They have yet allowed me to speak with someone in the corp office and AON sent an email saying military travel is the only way they would pay. I really need some assistance with this matter. When I initially signed up they never told me this. I keep reaching out to AON.

Fake company AON
April 18, 2017

I bought a ticket by Expedia from Vancouver- Houston 29 April they gave me insurance for change until 24 hour before trip. Two weeks ago I called for change date they sold me new ticket and said insurance will pay. But insurance said they covered just an emergency issue. Way I pay two times for a ticket plus insurance.

I bought trip insurance coverage with them via Road Scholar: "cancel for any reason". I was stranded in Miami because my next flight to my final destination was cancelled due to weather. I ended up paying for a ticket on Delta Airlines, though my initial flight was on American. I submitted all my paperwork to Aon, they asked for proof from AA that the flight was cancelled. I gave it. Then they asked for proof from Delta that there was a Delta delay. There wasn't. I had to pay for a ticket. They don't want to cover the cost of the ticket or hotel for 2 nights (I couldn't get a flight sooner back to home). DON'T BUY FROM AON. THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT WON'T PAY THE CLAIM.
