I got a rugged trike back during the black friday sale and received it about a week later. We have had wonderful riding weather over the past few weeks and i have been able to get around so much more than I did before I had the bike. 10/10 this company makes great bikes and i love it
I'm afraid I can't recommend this bike for seniors or anyone. Bought the trike last year. It is very unstable my wife has tipped over on my wife 3 times. We took it on a long vacation and didn't get back until after the 90 day return had expired or I would have returned in. I reached out to Anywhere bikes for guidance in riding the bike but they were of no help. Even my kids and grand kids won't ride it. The slightest dip or slant where you are riding causes the bike to feel like it is going to fall over and wants to turn out of control. My wife won't ride it because she is now scared of it after it rolling over on her 3timed. It lucky she hasn't been seriously hurt. So now I'm stuck with it
We purchased 2 Beach Cruisers in May 2023 and road them all summer and we love them. 508 miles on mine and 180 miles on my wife's. I road it every single day for 3-19 miles each time. I tried 3 after market bike seats before I found one I liked. I'm a big guy 280lb.
After waiting for months my trike showed up on my porch last week. The company forgot to pack it right so some parts got damaged but i managed to fix them. They also forgot to send the charger and since they don't respond. I NEED MY CHARGER! What a shady place! Shame on you people!

First back brakes stopped working after 2 rides
Then after storage (inside) the battery (half full) didn't work up hills.
Charged battery to full but when installing it got stuck and cant attach it or remove it. I don't know if the battery works or not because I cant install the battery. This 3k trike is a nightmare.

My rugged trike quit working months ago. Unfortunately a few miles from home. After pushing a load of groceries and a fat dog home in the heat ( I have a colostomy bag) i contacted Anywhere bikes. Months later. Although they try... I still have no trike. This is my livelihood, so sad.
On top of that the seat is rusting and the welding is bubbling

Ordered my Breezy Bike June 2023 > was told it would be delivered in July 2023 > no bike arrived! After calling 3 times a week sine that time (always customer service agents are busy)
> today Feb 15 2024 NO Answer! Checked email > NO web site! The next step is BBB and lawyer!
Bought bike and found error upon assembly. No one will answer phone or emails nor will they return voicemails. Do not buy anything from this company.
They are trying to sell through Moabikes.com now.
I just got my rugged trike and it has been so much fun to get outside and ride. It's about to get cold but I hope to get some more riding time in this week

Hello Frederick, While there are risks of "tipping" any 3-wheeled vehicle when operated in a safe and cautious manner, the risk is significantly reduced. Which is why we limit the trikes to ~13 mph. Speed increases the risk of having an accident. If you ride safely and wear the proper safety equipment, the risk of accidental tipping will be minimal. It also takes practice. You may feel like you are leaning so you have to learn how to not lean while riding. And be sure the parking brakes are all the way off or it will pull.
