*i the CTO & Co-Founder Anytime Mailbox is not an honest or trustworthy person, I would therefore not trust his business services as the apple does not fall far from the tree. While on a call with him about his services, he burst out into a racist tirade flipped out and hung up on my face. Is this the business you should trust for your mail services, I think not stay away this business is not professional, not trust worthy and not credible. They are scam artists. There are so many better mail forwarding services out there please stay far, far away!

On Oct 7th requested a mailbox. Went through live notary and application process. Provided images of passport, showed the driving license and a couple other bills to ensure the identity. Received an email that it will take 3 business day until my mailbox becomes functional. I paid $25 for notary and $10 for the first month and then left town. On Oct 17th while traveling I realized no mail has been received and there is a pending task to finish which was related to the fact that someone else had disapproved the document after notary was done! Are you serious?!
I called and called and called and stuck on "our agents are busy" message. I even started talking to chat bot and he failed me saying he is too busy assisting other customers! Lol
After several attempts, I could talk to an agent. She explained that an image of driving license is needed. I uploaded the image of my driving license. Then she said I need to go through another live notary session... puffffff I said ok. Then she complained the image of my driving license is blurry (it was not)!
How one can run a business like this?! So slopy and complicated at the same time. It is just a temporary mailbox and pls dnt make an excuse that "we need to ensure your identity" because no it is not about confirming identity but just an inefficient and broken system.
I requested to cancel the service that I paid but never received but I have lost a few hours of work and 10 days of returned mails plus $25. Do not waste your time with anytime mailbox.
I opened an account with Anytime Mailbox on August 12 (Friday) and submitted notarized form the same day, I received an email on August 16 (Tuesday) that the location I selected will no longer be in service in 2 days on August 18 (Thursday). In the meantime, they approved my form and notified me that my mailbox is ready on August 17. A few hours later, they confirmed that the location is closing and I need to select a different location. I already opened and LLC and gave this as my mailing address... Totally unacceptable. Customer service was never responding to my emails and the lady the phone didn't know anything and finally she reached out with incorrect information (told me the mailbox is ready, while in fact it was closing tomorrow). I used Anytime Mailbox in the past with good results for a short time. Due to terrible lack or organization and no customer service when you need it, I highly do not recommend. It's been a week and still they did not solve this for me but of course kept the money.
I paid for 8 months without using any service, last May I asked them to print 3 PDFs and send them, just that (first contact), and they always had a problem that did not allow them to send, while they charged me for 'storage' for an empty envelope of which they uploaded a photo in my account (dashboard), and their answers were really PATETIC.
In one minute with Photoshop I corrected a problem that did not allow them to print and send for A MONTH AND A HALF, and then they started a series of EXTREMELY VIOLENT, SUPERB, IRONIC emails, calling me ''sick'', ''idol'', etc and REMOVED ME as a customer.
I have the images of those emails and will publish them where possible and on my YouTube channel explaining all this.
I will also report this to the corresponding State, it is a great abuse against a simple client.
Obviously Anytime Mailbox never sent me those printed pages, and they didn't refund me anything either.
They are SCAMMERS.
My Anytime Mailbox experience has been stellar. We have been in Europe for 8 months and we receive our mail and follow up actions promptly and without fail. Importantly, we experienced a couple of unique problems with USPS and a sender and Stacy the local representative at our operator (Safety Harbor, FL) was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to problem solve and follow up. She is truly awesome. It is nice to know that they have smart, forward thinking people behind the scenes to jump in when needed. That is so often not the case in other businesses. Keep up the great work!
I have been using Anytime Mailbox for almost 5 years now. I own a small side hustle business and ship my orders out from my online store. I didn't want to use my home address so this is perfect! I only get a small amount of mail sent to my box, but when I do, I get notified right away. Scheduling a pick up takes just a few seconds and I love how the app remembers all the pieces of mail that comes in so if I lost anything I can find it in my archived history. I highly recommend this product!
If this product was around a few years ago it would have saved me so much time driving to the local mailbox to clear out the excess. I actually would have kept the box longer if it was virtual and I didn't have to do that. Great product!

Worst experience lost all my mail for 2 weeks customer service is clueless and rude. No help what so ever. Missed a payment and now it's on my credit report. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
I signed up for Anytime Mailbox, but I did not complete the steps needed to actually USE the service (getting things notarized, etc.) I got no reminder email saying "You need to finish the steps," or "Your receipt for this month." Nothing. Every other online service I use (Canva, Flodesk, etc.) sends me an email every month saying I have been charged. I thought because I had not completed the signup process that I would not be charged for the service, and I never received a billing email from them. Actually, they just don't remind you. They do not have the decency to say "Hi there, you didn't finish you registration process, but we're still charging you. Do you want this service?"
Years ago, I signed up for a service I never used (on accident), and after months of non-use, I realized the error and they refunded me the money. AnytimeMailbox literally does not care. I would not recommend them.
I will say the customer service employee was nice-- I know she was doing her job, and we had a polite conversation. I feel bad she has to work for this company.
SCAM! Their "operators" don't scan and upload any mail they throw it all away to the garbage and refuses to sign and receive Certified Mails.
THIS COMPANY HAS NO CONTROL OVER THEIR MAILBOX OPERATORS!
Anytime Mailbox uses subcontractors who operate the mailboxes around the country. You then are able to select a city/county and address for your mailbox. This works fine, until the mailbox operator does some shady business, at which point Anytime will give you the run-around about how they are trying to contact the operator, or are negotiating with the operator, and then they just wait for you to give up.
Specifics if you're interested: I requested that a standard mail item (not a package, just a letter) be forwarded to me in Portugal. Something I have done with them before, which cost about $8 through regular mail (already more expensive than it needs to be, but I understand that I'm also paying S&H fees here). Inexplicably, the mailbox operator decided that the cheapest option this time was to use the most expensive FedEx option available and to charge me $154. I contacted customer service, they told me that according to the mailbox operator, overnight FedEx is the cheapest option based on where I live -- a complete and total lie and easily disproved based on the fact that they had forwarded my mail previously.
When I pointed this out to customer service, they claimed to be trying to contact the mailbox operator. I contacted them again a few weeks later, they claimed to be trying to contact the mailbox operator. I contacted them again, they asked me what I would consider a fair resolution that they could take to the mailbox operator to "negotiate" a resolution. They said they would get back to me. They did not.
This incident happened towards the end of February. They have simply stopped contacting me about it at all (I assume that they hope I will just go away).
The fact that I am trusting this shady mailbox operator to open my mail, and the fact that there is absolutely zero quality control or accountability to the main company is extremely concerning to me and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
I write this in hopes that I save someone else from not only the hassle of this type of incident, but the further pain in the butt of having to change addresses again...

The company responded today by sending me an email transcript of a chat I supposedly had with them. I did not chat with them today. The "transcript" is in fact copy/paste complete sentences from my emails and from my post here with a customer service agent pretending to respond to me.
I'm not sure how much more fraudulent a company can be than that.
Didn't provide the services advertised, and hard to reach when I need to close the account. Too understaffed to answer the phones.
I just want to say, anytime mailbox if you're reading this EAT A $#*!! This company just takes recurring fees with zero explanation.
