I have lost hope in ever believing that binary options do exist in real because I tried with binary uno and got messed up then I tried with iq option and it was the same when I started requesting for withdrawal. I can only repeat what all the other one star commentors have said. The system is rigged. I have always watched the real-time quotes for my bids in a second window, and boy it hurts when anyoption makes you loose those bids that you should actually narrowly win (due to their own rates). On top of those, you have all the losses that are incurred because of uninformed, angry and high-risk trades trying to regain those losses. The good thing is; with their agressive calling strategy, I played the game for only about 3 weeks (loosing 3000 Swiss francs) and after 3 calls by their snooty sales reps, who offered some trading coaching if I upload huge sums, it was the moment that I realized that anyoption can actually afford to bid against their own customers and take the full winnings.

Everything works fine if you lose money. If you start to earn they just block your account.

Don't trust them with your money!
I opened an account just to see how this binary trading works. Then I wanted to close my account and they asnwered it's not possible. For deactivation of my account the asked me to send a copy of my passport and signature!
Of course I didn't do that! They send out your user name and password together in one unencrypted email. So obviously they have no clue about privacy protection. DON'T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!
On a side note - that company is registered in CYPRUS!

Urg, I'm not sure where to start.

First: I tried reading all the rules because, you know, I don't trust people with my money. I also read a lot of reviews and most people looked positive about that website. They were wrong. So, after reading all the rules, I decided to put money in this website. At first, I lost a couple of times and then I started gaining money. I also had some bonuses and all that I did invest really fast and I used them (like it was said to do in their rules).

After reading all the rules, I knew I had to provide some documents to be able to withdrawal the money so I sent them right away. After a week (5 business days), I emailed them asking if they got it (it's saying 3 business days on the website). 2 of my documents weren't good enough (they couldn't read it). They could of told me before... Anwyays, I proceed to send them those 2 documents back in a better quality. No news for a while again... I had to email them back again to ask what was wrong? Again, one of the 2 documents are not visible enough (I can see it really well on my computer)... I think they do that to prevent you from withdrawing your money...

After a bit, I also started noticing that sometimes, you would "call" or "put" and the number would magically change. I decided to message them about it and they just told me it happens because it's probably updating bu the time you click on it... I am not really satisfied with that answer as it looks more like a bug in the system, but nothing much I can do about it.

I also got a phone call from them once, but I couldn't take it. I got an email from that person saying they could call me again at a better time. I replied to them with the best times to call me. No answers and no phone calls. I emailed that person again asking if they'd prefer doing it by email, no answers... I emailed the company with the name of the person who contacted me, no answers... They say you have someone there who is supposed to help you, but I never got any answers...

Last thing that made me unhappy is their one-touch options. It is saying that when your option hits or get over or under your guessed amount any time during the week, you will get it... I emailed them saying I didn't get some money when I have proof that it got lower than my "guessed" amount. They emailed back saying that the amount need to be over or under at the closing time (no mention of that in the rules).

So now I will send back the last document and will make sure it's more than visible so they have no excuse. I also tried to withdrawal some money to see if it would work and now there's a new rule showing up saying you need to spend 15 times the amount of the bonus... (So basically, I need to spend $1500 for a bonus of $100? It doesn't make sense... + I have lost that bonus... The extra money I have, I got it from trades from my initial amount, not from the bonus)... I will continu arguing because I want the money I worked hard for back...

Last thing. I'm French and am looking for a French service. I have the website set as "French", but some pages are in English... As English is my secong language, my brain switches in that language when I read something in it. I've been sending them emails in English the hole time because the "chat" option is in English only...

Anyways, they will do whatever in their power to try and steal your money. Don't put any money with them!

It is horrible trading with some binary options broker because most of them are fraud. No hope of withdraw after investing. I was unable to access my account after several attempts of withdrawal. My first couple of trades with Anyoption were all wins (I made four ($25) investments + 70% return on each = $70 profit). And it looked like I was doing well, but ever since my wins and loses have been inconsistent.

It's funny how after the first time I signed up for the company, I received a call from a "trading advisor" in Canada that was willing to go the extra mile for me to continue investing more money. It was a bit strange because I received the call within 5 minutes after I registered (weird!)

It is a joke anyoption deducting numbers in the quote of there assets such as eur/usd, so if by the expiry time the level of your investment is the same as the expiry level they will take your money... Check it before you trade there. Ask what happen to your money if your level is the same as the expiry level

All the money you put in there tou lose, I invest, I won, I try to make a withdraw they reject, and I send all the documents.if they saw you making money they block or account so you can't make bids, sometimes they close the level seconds. Before if is for them convenience, I see whith me 3 times one of the times 40 seconds before, I not recommend this for no body, stay away from that, they just want your money

This the biggest scam that's why they operate from Cyprus coz under their laws... You can't go after them to retrieve the money they stole

You will make money if you know what you are doing. Dont just gamble based on instincts, make an informed and educated guess and you will definitely make money. My beef with them is the poor layout of their website. I reach the homepage and the asset prices keep saying "loading" and never loads. Or the homepage loads with a bunch of images and number and texts all out of place and its a real pain in the *ss. I dont think I will use this site ever again.
