So far so good

The actual order didn't show up. I had to call and get the order emailed to a different email and then send it home. I got the confirmation with no problems. Comcast.com must not like you.

I hafta tell ya this guy 'Jester' is one heckuva customer service rep. He was extremely patient and helpful AND honest! He pointed out how I could save money over what I was prepared to pay, then guided me thru the process step by step and even remained on the line to make sure I didn't screw up the download. So the bottom line is I can't say enough good things about this particular experience. Thank you.

I had to do the order 3 times and chat with one of your representatives before the order went through. It said it was a duplicate order and I was afraid that I was going to charged twice. After the chat, it was cleared out and was able to redo the order and it went through, finally.
