I paid the extra $85 for expedited shipping. Be aware, that 5-7 business days is not from when you order it, but from whenever they end up shipping it. On top of that their tracking software either doesn't work, or its been a week and it hasn't shipped even though they said it did.

Site steals and traces art from well known artists and sells it as original. Avoid at all cost and buy from stores approved by the artists. Low quality prints, bad material and horrendously overpriced. Do not fall for the youtubers being paid to promote yet another chinese scam company

I had a problem with one of my pillows because there was a rip where the zipper was, then I messaged the customer service people. And they gave me one 100% free! That is truly amazing service. I've never gotten treated that well for any defective item anywhere elsewhere!
I ordered custom made daki but my image is too low so they help me find the best image for my fave character. I am really pleased with their service and customer support. I was hoping someone could help me with this ASAP. I ordered from a site called animelovepillows.com. It's been 2 weeks and it says the order still hasnt been processed so I try to contact customer service but upon going to their site I cannot find any way to get a hold of this company anywhere on their site. No email address or phone number to call. Did I accidentally order from a fake site?
After ordering a pillow which cost up to $89 USD took 5-6 days to mark as shipped and the support is slow. Not to mention the support is limited and slow don't use they use fake reviews and pay people to add them.
I live in the southern part of the US. My pillow cover and inner pillow arrived nicely packed in 7 days. The two way tricot is nicely printed. I am very content to hug my waifu. I think next purchase, I will buy their add on accessories to dress up my waifu.
Sent my package to Alaska, I don't live in Alaska. Double checked my address, it was correct. Messaged support and they claimed it wasn't their fault for error in transit. 2/5 For getting back to me 20 hours later.
Bought a Fate Anime Pillow Cover (160x50cm), turns out doesn't fit to my pillow that is also 160x50cm.
Sent an email along with few photos as evidence to proof that poor quality cover can't even fit the pillow.
And they replied "all products are in par with our standards before shipping out and every item is strictly monitored and checked before packing".

Do not support these art thieves. They illegally steal from smaller individual artists and circles and claims the art as their own. These guys steal art from the sample art which are approximately 7-8x smaller than the source and upscale them along with some edits. Even with the edits many details are still lost. Their products are bootleg. Their material is also lower quality "2WT." Do not be fooled by their 2WT as legit shop's 2WT's are just much higher quality. Their prices are also way too overpriced even for a bootleg.
I ordered a pillow, a peach skin cover, and a large gaming mouse pad.
The quality of the image on both the cover and gamepad are great. The material is clear and durable.
The pillow is very light on filling. I can't really fault them on that, as I did not pay for the extra stuffing. On the bright side it includes a zipper on the pillow, making it very easy to add more filling if desired.
I have been buying Dakimakura covers from different sellers in local conventions and online and guess what ADP has the best husbando pillow I ever had. Their Daki was sooooo comfy and soft. It's print is very detailed and vibrant.

Their products is really great! Especially their Peach Skin and 2WAY Fabric Pillow Cover, it gives the soft feel to my skin yet it is so gentle. The stitch and the zipper didn't hurt my skin since it's very hidden on the edge, you won't even know it exist!
I made 2 orders and both times there where missing items. They where no where to be seen in the sealed box. I contacted support and they blamed me and the shipping correr saying they lost a box. THERE WAS ONLY ONE BOX SHIPPED ED

I got the Custom Made Two Way Tricot fabric of my Luciel and Viktor 150cm daki and it was absolutely amazing! I seriously think the quality is worth the price! Print's on point and the fabric feels extremely comfortable! I recommend y'all to get one!

I have been an anime lover since 2006, and i have buying a lot of dakimakura from different stores online. When i first bought to this store, there is a huge difference from the dakimakura that I've bought before. The printed image is so High Quality, it's like im looking at it straight from a computer. The fabric I've first bought is the Peach Skin which is the cheapest in their fabric (they have 4 fabric to choose from). I can say that peach skin is not bad at all, its thick, not stretchable but i like it being that way. The fabric is very durable, my first dakimakura from this store is almost two years now but still looking very nice, as good as new. Today i have 5 dakimakura from this store, i have bought all different kind of fabric to see the difference. For me i love the Two Way Tricot fabric, i like how it feels, the texture and everything.
Also they have a good customer service, if you are confuse in anything, or if you can't find a character, don't hesitate to ask them. They reply fast, and also they are replying on live chat.
