I spent nearly $200 on a dream cloak, a hoodie, and a printed shirt for my wife for Christmas - all three were of poor quality - the dream cloak is made of cheap materials with poor craftsmanship, and both the hoodie and the shirt feel like non-breathable plastic on the skin. (Not to mention the print job is extremely cheaply done)

These garments were to be my centerpiece Christmas gift this year, so you can imagine my disappointment when she opened garments that were of this low quality.

There are numerous mentions on anime ape's website about the quality of their "hand crafted" products and their hassle-free return policy - Anime Ape has fallen short on both.

When a customer pays a premium price point for garments, the expectation is that the product quality will match the cost, but that is very much not the case here.

I initiated my return and I immediately start getting haggled by customer service. First they offer me an exchange (when I said the issue was the quality of clothing), then they offered me 60% of my money back, stating that it was "fair"

I'm sorry but when you mislead your customers into thinking they're buying a premium "handcrafted" product, but instead you're given a cheap print shop garment that isn't going to last, a 60% refund is not fair.

The return policy clearly states that Anime Ape will take it back for any reason and that satisfaction is 100% guaranteed, and I am finding that to not be the case.

These clothes aren't going to be worn, and I want to send them back. Anything short of that is unsatisfactory.

I can't believe I'm actually considering this, because I've never had do deal with customer service like this before, but if I dont get my money back, I'm absolutely taking this to small claims court

I got the spy family annya hoodie the design is good but it's just printed which means the image is a little blurry. The material is cheap seems to be bearly made out of cotton and won't provide any warmth. The stitching is mediocre. The only reason it's getting this many stars is because the person I bought for loves it. I would gladly pay more so some real good quality stuff I wish is anime fans can actually get high quality merch with good designs AND good quality material.

The quality of the jacket way superseded my expectations. Definitely recommend. I accidentally got myself the wrong size and the support team is being very helpful and offering an exchange for the correct size. I'll be ordering from them again for sure.

I ordered a personalized baseball jersey. Its amazing the quality of the jersey is great. My inner nerd is happy. Will definitely be ordering from anime ape again.

I ordered a short sleeve Naruto rash guard. I absolutely love it. It's very comfy and true to size. I've trained with it in jiu jitsu with no problems.

Materials and construction were solid, designs were exceptional, some room for improvement in the symmetry of the stitching, but nothing I would've noticed if I wasn't looking for it.

What the title says. Bought what they advertised as a "holiday sweater" the same day I bought a "holiday sweater" from a different brand. Funny enough one of them was a real sweater and one was just a long sleeve t-shirt printed to look like one. From the rating on this review you can probably guess which one was the fake sweater. The funniest part is that it cost me $10 more than the real sweater. The material is so thin you can see where the tag is through both the front and back layers.

I recently purchased a Tomioka Demon Slayer rashguard. After a few wears to the gym already, it is easily one of my favorite things I own. Would highly recommend and will definitely consider getting more apparel from AnimeApe.

The shoes turned out to be incredible! The fit was perfect, they were comfortable and have gotten a ton of compliments

I really have enjoyed my experience with anime ape. The one thing that I didn't like was every time I tried to submit my order I kept running into issues but once I got my orders submitted it, it was very easy. I would like hopefully to see faster turn around times for shipping. Considering that even though 2 weeks isn't a long time, I would love to be able to get things a lot sooner. So that way if I'm doing a last minute order or I'm trying to get something for an event that I have it in time for that. Well I know I can plan ahead of time based off of what they have available. I would really enjoy being able to have an option to get a quicker shipping or next day shipping or something in that realm. So if that could be something that would be great. I also want to make note that they repeat the same patterns in different styles. I would love to see a bundle. We literally have the same prince for different styles. Why not have a bundle that gives me the option to purchase every one of those prints for those styles for that print. They can do a girl or guy bundle or let us do a mix and match. It's something to think about but it's not a necessity. All in all I was very happy with my experience and I will be coming back for more

The clothing gave me so much drip, that panties were dropping left and right when I walked in. All seriousness the clothing is very well made, comfy af, and durable.

I love their clothes. The texture is perfect and comfortable to wear. They're also true to size. I know everyone would love to clothes.

Anime ape has anime-related apparel that is very detailed and enjoyable to wear. The high quality clothes and cool designs make their clothing uplifting. I can't really pinpoint anything bad about AnimeApe at all.

I love anime and have had difficulty finding unique, comfortable clothes with varieties— that is until AnimeApe. I absolutely LOVE them! The quality of their clothes is amazing, they have a variety of amazing anime to choose from, shipping is on point and with care. The clothes has different and amazing anime art, it's soft and comfortable to wear, they have vibrant colors, and impeccable designs. If it's anime clothes I want, I go straight to AnimeApe!

I purchased one Naruto varsity jacket and two pairs of gym shorts which I'm very pleased with, however you can't track your order until it reaches the states which is frustrating. I've worked with other overseas vendors who will give you tracking throughout the whole process.

Overall good company though, will definitely look forward to purchasing from them in the future as all of their products have been very high quality!

Everything that I've bought from anime ape is perfect all the shorts I've gotten in the mail in a great and timely manner fits nicely and have no complaints.

When I received my 2 pair of anime shorts they fit me well and they are very comfortable and in good condition.I was a little scared that the shirts wouldn't fit me but it all was all worth it. Thanks Anime ape

Anime Ape is great, it's hard to find trustworthy and quality anime products and I am thrilled that I found them! (Just finished moving so shirt is wrinkled in picture)
