Angry, Young and Poor

I live in Perth, Australia, and certain records aren't always the easiest to find. I found this record at a price that was more than acceptable. Discogs is a pain in the arse in this country. The purchase was hassle free, it shipped within two days, I could track it the whole way, and the only hold up was when it got to Australia, and that is 100% Australian customs fault. It's notorious for hold ups. I received my record in a well padded box containing another purpose built record box.

Nothing about this purchase was difficult, the business obviously valued the safety of the product. Trust me, shipping from VA to Perth is one hell of a long trip with many stops, and all care was taken to ensure the quality of my purchase. I even received a couple of stickers. Very happy and would recommend

I ordered from their online store recently and let me tell you, the quality of their belts is garbage. It came rusty and 20 years old-looking right out the bag, but I didn't bother returning it as the return shipping would have cost half the belts price. Anyways, I wore it once and it ended up chipping and cracking to the point of unusability. Cant wear it now, waste of money.

Just recieved my second order of patches. Paid for priority shipping that said 3-5 business days to most major centers, my patches arrived after 7 business days but I'm in a smaller city in northern Alberta, Canada so 7 business days seems pretty good considering all the delays on intl. Shipping these days.

The patches themselves are all good quality, look just as advertised. I really like the variety AYP offers, there's a lot of genres there, not just punk bands. Took a chance the first time and was happy, this time makes twice, so AYP will be my go-to for gear from now on.

I don't know what has happened in recent years but the way they run their online store has changed. I ordered pants, they were not as described, I didn't even take them out of the packaging and I put in a return. They only partially credited back what I paid, and only as points on their website. Their customer service is cold and unfeeling. I didn't feel like I was talking to punks. Not the same as it was back when I first started using their website.

If you return items you have to pay you shipping fee and then they charge you 15%. Cool they don't have a buncha cheesy model and you could get punk stuff back in the day. But if you don't know your size it gonna cost a bunch. 130 jacket. 40 bucks to return.

I bought a jacket from their website that was supposed to be real leather. When it arrived, it was terrible quality AND the measurements were not the same as what was posted on the site. When I tied to return it, the woman I spoke with was flat out rude and proceeded to tell me that I had to pay for return shipping AND reimburse them for the "free" shipping I received when I ordered the item even though THEY made a mistake on the measurements! What a bunch of crooks!

I had a terrible experience buying a t shirt from these people! It was the worst print & they wouldn't give me a refund - It wasn't worth my time and money posting back to USA! The customer service absolutely STINKS!

Extremely overpriced. DO NOT ORDER IF YOU'RE NOT FROM THE USA! Exchange rates for shipping are crazy high! I had to pay $80 duties and fees on a $120 package. I've ordered things from other companies overseas and this has never been an issue, usually the shipment company pays for that or it's including in the shipping fee (I was told it would be $20 for shipping) In summary, cool stuff, not worth the price and the hassle.
