Bait-and-switch! Ordered two Transformer 4-wheel mobility scooters from andrecocker.com on Dec 13,2020. Received a confirmation email with a shipment tracking number that showed order being sent from China. On Jan 6,2021, received a small bubble-pak envelope via PS Lightweight (USPS bulk shipping service) with that tracking number; it contained two disposable face masks! No packing slip or company label included, but return address (PO Box 6368, Rosemeade CA *******) is associated with many online complaints from people receiving cheap items instead of what they ordered, although from various other company names. Never got any response to email queries; had to dispute charge with credit card issuer to try to get my money back. Numerous other Facebook advertisers use same website design template, product literature, and EXACT TEXT on company pages ("About us," "Contact," "Return Policy," etc.). Before ordering, check for clues I missed: no phone number or physical address listed. Test their email for a reply using a question about product or delivery. Tip for consumers:
Be wary of e-commerce sites advertising on Facebook. Check out vendor before buying--if no online history, buy elsewhere.
