AMZ Publishing Profs

Don't do it. Emma Baker lied from the beginning saying they were the real Amazon. Said publisher James Enzo is nice and can't edit, format or do most of what he says he'll do. He did eventually, months later, upload the 2 kindle versions of the journals, and months later one hard copy was made available.
One journal had the wrong graphic. He actually put up a white cover on a white background. Amateur mistake. I had to explain why this was wrong and that he had to put a border so the cover would show. It was finally fixed a few weeks ago and it took months of calling and texting, emailing, complaining to him and the boss David Harvey. Where is the hard copy of that journal? I was told everything would be done within 3 months. It's been since July 12,2023. I don't want the stress of publishing my eBook through them, especially now that I know they can't edit, they provide the worst customer service. It's been 6 months and they rarely get back to me now.
The « boss » David Harvey swears James is the best even though i have data that proves otherwise. I had to edit, format and design my own products. They didn't even catch one spelling mistake.
How did I get sucked in?
July 12,2023, I went on the actual Amazon site and signed up for kindle. Within an hour, Emma Baker called and told me she was an AMAZON rep and wanted to offer me a great deal. I asked how I could know she's really from Amazon and she sent an email with her Amazon address, i asked many questions, she seemed legit so I proceeded.
I purchased services for 3 products to be published, 2 journals and an eBook.
To this day, it has been constant mistakes and long dragged out, but unnecessary back and forth. Still no hard cover for one journal and I have asked for my money back for the eBook three months ago. I was told the finance department would call me and nothing has happened.
Each product was suppose to have the kindle version and the hard copy available. James keeps saying it's an easy fix so why has it taken 5 months to finally get the right graphic up and why isn't my hard copy up?
I could have done this myself with way less stress and time.
