We do not pay the validated members for communication with other users and prohibit our Regional Partners to do so. If we find out that the user is paid by the Partner for communication on his/her behalf, we fine the Partner and immediately delete the user’s profile.

Also, please note that we indeed do not have a monthly subscription. However, you can purchase credits packages as a kind of our website currency in order to spend them on the services. Furthermore, it has no time limit compared to the subscription, so you can use it anytime you wish.
