Bad experience with this, never go to this in my life again, frustrating, hectic experience, The website was very late in replying me. I didn't receive any response for more than three weeks for which i had to shift on some other company.
First of all this website is more than overpast. They basically only contact by phone calls, plus are terrible on online answering. They didn't care about the problem, and actually seemed that they didn't know what they were doing, since our trademark registration had a problem due their lack of attention. Really, bad experience
How do I get a refund? They states they need bank information to get refund! No follow ups to see how is the product is working if I am happy or unhappy truly sad customer relationship. I had a very frustrating experience with this.
I too was scammed by SB the other day (7-18-17) and was charged $179 for one fix and then another $149 to have them to fix credit card. All of this was charged on my Visa. After reading about this being a scam via this website,

We hiring Spiegel & Utrera, PA, PC, to form "INC". Never met time limit! Looks like my desired company name was stolen in process, probably due to compromised confidential information inside this office. Don't trust this company. Go someplace else! Avoid this future headache! Spend your hard earned money elsewhere! Currently In process of getting money for service that was NEVER performed under contract! They cant even respectfully refund FEE for corporation service... LESSON LEARNED. I recommend UPCOUNSEL or LEGALZOOM.
I setup a LLC Corp through them as my attorney had their paperwork in a referral service. Amerilawyer, AKA Spiegel and Uterea took it upon themselves to list themselves as the registered agent and mailing address even though this CLEARLY WAS NOT SELECTED FOR THEM TO DO SO. I contacted them and they said they will change it to how it should of been and was requested to be (I have the faxed paperwork sitting right here) for 117.50 Nope... I am contacting my bank and having all fees refunded back to me and contacted my accountant and he is no longer going to refer them. What a complete bunch of scam artists! Avoid Amerilawyer aka Spiegel and Utrera at all costs. Use legalzoom or a local attorney. These people are complete scum

You'd be better off with legal zoom. The attorneys don't return phone calls and will have your business in shambles. They are supremely incompetent! AVOID AT ALL COST!
