I hired this company for a project recently, and it turned out to be a terrible experience. First, the person was very responsive but difficult to communicate with, later taking days to reply to my messages or emails. When they did finally respond, their answers were vague and unhelpful, leaving me feeling confused and frustrated.

As the project progressed, it became clear that the company did not have the necessary skills or experience to complete the work to the level I was expecting. Their work was full of errors and lacked attention to detail, requiring extensive revisions and corrections. When I expressed my concerns, the person became defensive and refused to take responsibility for their mistakes.

To make matters worse, the person missed several important deadlines, causing delays and putting the entire project in jeopardy. It still is a stressful and disappointing experience, and I regretted hiring this company. The project is not done but they have my money and after 4k it's still hard to find someone else to complete the work, which cost me both time and money.

I turned to American Web Builders for their SEO services, and they exceeded my expectations. Their team thoroughly analyzed my website and implemented effective optimization strategies. I definitely would not recommend it. I worked with them for a whole year to create my e-commerce site. They missed so many deadlines. I ended up creating a whole website on Shopify myself. My worst experience was on the last day. I asked Faith Beckinson, my assigned project manager, to release my domain from their host. They didn't even do it. I had to call Godaddy to help me to get my domain back. Instead of returning my domain, they had me talk to this person, Luna Grey, whom I had never worked with before. She didn't understand the whole situation and how late the project was. And she was screaming through the phone. In the end, Mike Anderson offered me SEO service to make it up but it was too late, and for the sake of my future peace I decided to not work with this company anymore, because they are sketchy and incapable. Be careful. They would never refund your money, even though the receipt said 100% money back if you are not happy with the website GUARANTEE. And they aren't based in New York City, because I live in NYC and I ask to go to the office to work things out. I don't think they are even based in the U.S., and not American. For sure, I believe that I have been scammed by this company.
