I'm not sure how they run this site, but I can't find contact info for any of these listings. I found several for a breed of dog I'm looking for and not one had contact info. I assume they are just getting these listings from public listings and publishing them on their site. I don't even know if these are up to date listings. There's no date on any of the either. It's pretty much a useless site full of ads.
