My experience with their reps was positive. They were professional and courteous. I am satisfied with their services after switching. They were recommended by my family and they said it's better. However, I wish they could improve on the follow up service, especially confirmation emails.
Had used AHS in the past with no problem. Our air conditioner quit working during the heat of summer. AHS sent out their contractor, Affordable AIr and Comfort. The contractor recommend a new system. Forty days (40) later contractor never called or emailed. I had to purchase small window a/c for all the rooms. Decided just to get a new a/c for the house. Out of my pocket. AHS offered around $300 to cover all the cost. Thanks for nothing AHS.

The service technician was very courteous. He made sure he addressed our concerns. He did an excellent job with the repair and made sure we were satisfied.
The response time was very good. The men called and were on time had a working knowledge of what they were doing. Took care of the problem and offered an explanation and answered all questions.
