We bought 2 recliner chairs from American Furniture Outlet, 801 Comanche Rd NE, Albuquerque, NM *******. We were told we had 30 days to return chairs, by the salesman. We are seniors and we found the reclining mechanism was hard to use. We called on the 4th day to return the chairs and/or trade in for something easier to use. We were told that there was a 3-day return policy, no exceptions. I finally spoke to a "manager' and when I asked how we could do to work this out, his response was "We already got your money, do what you want." I called several times to speak to main office, they refused to return my calls. We have been doing business with American furniture since the 1970's, never a problem, we will never do any business with them again, be warned!
