Don't make my $4000 plus mistake: I did not check the reviews on this fraudulent company before I gave them my money. Stupid, stupid me. Check their reviews/complaints on Trust Pilot, the BBB, Federal Trade Commission, Consumer Reports, others. I hired them to build me a website and promote my book. The slick-talking American saleswoman turned me over to a gang of English-impaired people all speaking with the same heavy accent. The first thing they did was overcharge my debit account by hundreds of dollars beyond the agreed price which included taxes, leaving me with an overdraft situation and a threat to my credit rating. The promotion work they produced was laughable and child-like and had to be redone repeatedly. They used words and phrases in English they clearly did not understand and were nonsensical in context. Zero books sold. I was harassed by the male staff to pay them more money for services I had already paid for and to go on $6000 book fairs out of the country in which they would make all the arrangements! Glad I didn't, I would never have seen that money again. I fired them after months of frustration and stress. At one point they began promoting someone else's book ON MY WEBSITE. Unbelievable. Identified cons were Kim Fairley, Eddie Marshall, David, Ben, James, Shawn, and Josh - if that is their real names. Identified incompetents were Hannah Johnson and Maxintia.- if that is their real names. If you believe any of the positive reviews on this site then I own a bridge in New York city that I will sell you cheap, payable in Indian rupees only.
