I originally placed an order and had issues with the driver not delivering my products. Upon ordering from the website, I chose the option of Canada Post XPress. For some reason, the lady emailed me and claimed that I was eligible for free delivery and waived that option. That's when I ran into some issues with their company driver being unable to deliver my order. I choses that option to be delivered into my mailbox (CP) because I knew that there was a good chance that I wouldn't be home. Therefore, my order was not delivered to me. She tried to get me to have it delivered to my place of employment but I work in a hospital so that would not have been ideal. I couldn't understand why my option was being waived so I canceled. I place and orEr for the second time and the response was that I was accusatory on the last visit and if I wanted my products, I had to have it delivered to my workplace. I'm so confused on what the Canada post XPress service option is. I thought that it was an order being placed and delivered by Canada post. The customer service agent then responded by email that there was a death in the family, therefore my order is being cancelled and refunded. This is not a professional company and they have options that they cannot love up to. I love thé soap for. The San Francisco company but this niche group is absolutely garbage and atrocious customer service. A complete piece of $#*!!
