I had them deep clean my apartment and this two young girls showed up and they didn't know what exactly they were doing.They start cleaning one bathroom a lot of water in the floor steeping in the water with their shoes and than walking around my carpet left a lot of dirty footprints. Without finishing one bathroom and room they started they jump to the other bathroom and telling me the room is clean and the bathroom is clean well it was not clean. I told her she needs to wash the windows from inside. She just rolled her eyes and they didn't speak English I don't speak Spanish and I asked her if I can speak with her supervisor and she said yes yes with a very bad attitude and when she got her supervisor on the phone, she told her this lady is very racist. She wants to talk to you why am I racist because I don't like the way how you're doing your job because I don't speak Spanish? Supervisor didn't said nothing when she called me a racist. She just told her in Spanish finish what you started so you get paid. Don't use this company. Why I need to deal with them supervisor need to dealing with this two rude ladies? Supervisor is in Tampa getting paid and watching TV they cleaning in Fort Lauderdale and meanwhile while I'm dealing with rude girls and plus paying them. And trying to supervise them over the phone and with pictures but like you see what's happening in person and pictures it's not the same that's why you're supervisor to supervise to be there. And after all this, the supervisor of the phone told me that I can get refund because there is a minor stains. They didn't do nothing. I got scammed be aware stay away from these people.
In the pictures above is what deep cleaning means than I don't know what Cleaning means.

They charged me over $500 for cleaning appointments that never occurred! And they refused to give me the money back! BUYER BEWARE! Not to mention that at least half of the appointments that did occur were terrible! Cleaning people broke a vase, left the front door unlocked, and went through my cabinets and closets. TERRIBLE!

I scheduled an appointment. In the late afternoon they told me they could not make it and wanted to reschedule. I refused and asked for refund. The representative canceled it at first. But then they insisted their no cancellation policy. It is unfair because I did not initiate the cancellation. It is them who can't make the appointment!

I use Amenify to clean my apartment monthly. I initially signed up in August but when I signed up, said I would not want the cleanings to beginning until October. They told me that was fine but then charged me for August and September, and would not give the money back. The cleaning themselves were fine, but the company is very difficult to deal with, and is not ethical. Would recommend finding any other cleaning service.

Friendly, efficient, and high quality service. The pair that arrived, cleaned my apartment while I'm working from home. When they finished for me to review, I was absolutely amazed by the work completed. Highly recommend.

I actually believe this app is better than Uber eats and door dash. No missing food, no inconvenience.

This is the WORST service! The grocery cart deletes if you get out and you have to re enter items. I had to redo my cart 8 times and the person brought me the wrong item. I had to go to the store to find out they have never heard of Amenify and said they do not shop items from grocery apps yet Amenify tries to tell you they do. Amenify refuses to refund my money because they claim Target does not give refunds! Target always gives refunds! If they won't it is because they have never heard of this scam service and have no record of a purchase! I also deleted my account to find it is still there and they have my personal information and credit card information! This company is a scam! Do not use them! Stick with Walmart and Shipt for food delivery. They are legit!

My wife and i love this service it is so convinient and also made our lifestyle very very easy specially when you work from home.

Veronica did a great job in cleaning our apt. She arrived in a timely manner and vacuumed the carpets to look almost new. Bathrooms looked great and she paid attention to detail Would use her again

They really do better than their competitors. Once you've found a cleaning service it can be hard to switch, but we just had the feeling there would be better out there than what we were getting, and I'm so glad we did. ‍

The app that the Amenify team create was based on agile technology. They gave excellent support to our project. We have been working together for a few months now regarding and really it's impressive at the skills and analytical abilities combined with programming languages that the team at Amenify has.
