DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered shoes that were never sent. When I requested my money back, they refused.

I have been ripped off by this company. First of all the shoes were so cheap and uncomfortable. At $36 I expected more. So I returned them in May and it's now October and I still don't have my refund. Now they want a photo of the shoes I returned (well that's kind of impossible since I sent them back)! Don't buy from this company!
P.S. It's now February and still no refund! Total rip off!

I ordered shoes on 4/26 off their advertisement on Instagram. I received an email saying we will notify you when shipped. It has been a month now and I received no email nor shoes. I contacted through PayPal and says inbox is full. I replied to their contact us on the website to send email a week ago and no response. Seen on Facebook reviews that alot of people are having the same complaint.

Yes they took about 6-8 weeks to arrive, but I guessed that was because I'm in the UK. A decorative rivet has dropped off, so not brilliant finish, BUT I have difficulty getting shoes that are comfortable and I always blister with new shoes and have to build up gradually; not with these. They are among the most comfortable shoes I have ever had. Almost immediately OK with bare feet. |As to price, they're trendy in a hippy kind of way, which I like and I guess that's where some of the pricing is, I win a bit on the exchange rate. BUT I'm happy as they'll do me in comfort this summer.

I almost gave up ever getting them, but when I finally did I really love the sandals I bought. I'd buy them again even though I now know it'll take over a month of patiently waiting.

After waiting a considerable amount t of time for the product I ordered to arrive on receipt I discovered they are so badly made I cannot wear them. I have been emailing for the last two weeks and I'm not getting very far! They have offered a £19 voucher and to keep the product! No thanks I just want a refund. DO NOT buy from this company, product not fit for purpose and poor customer service!

They advertised 5-20 business days for delivery. It has been close to 3 months since I place my order. They do not honor the shipping time as advertised. They keep saying they are back ordered and can't answer me as to when I will received the sandals. I wrote a bad review on FB and they deleted it. Give your money to a different business. They do not deserve it.

This is a scam. I am out $70 for junk that I finally returned to the address that it shipped from in New York because I could not get a response from the company on how to return the items. Pleae do not spend your money on this cheap product as you will surely be diappointed. Clearly a scam from China.

Wrong sizes sent after shipping took a month or more. Not please with merchandise sent.
Refund ASAP!

After ordering 2 pair of shoes on 4-20-19 and receiving an email stating they would send me updates with the shipping process, (which I never received) I got the shoes on 6-1-19. Upon opening them, they stink! LIKE OLD DEAD FISH! Now, after waiting 6 weeks for the shoes, I now have to began the process of returning them, And apparently this will not be simple. The only way to contact them is through e-mail. No phone number, or address on their web site. Oh, joy! So now the clock begins to tick for their "We believe in our products so much that we offer a 30 day No-Hassle refund policy. If you're unhappy about your purchase, send us the product back and we'll refund your money immediately." Save your money and time! Don't purchase from this company.

It has been over 2 months and I never got the shoes. The shipping number does not work. My computer gives me alerts of possible infection if I install the app to use the tracking number. How do I get my money back? Worst online company ever!

PLEASE READ! This company is a joke! When I finally received these shoes after 9 weeks! I was SO disappointed! How could anybody charge that kind of money for these sandals! Might be worth 5 dollars a pair!
Stupid on my part, I bought 5 pair all together for my Mother, sister and I! They will not send me a return label! Said they would send me a coupon for $5.00 on my next order! Really? I have been back in forth with them for over 2 months! They told me to give them to friends and family as gifts! LOL! I would be embarrassed to give them as gifts! They owe me $185.00!
Of all the years I have ordered items online, I have never been treated like this. I very rarely have to send anything back because of very poor quality! I am telling the truth! I could go on and on,
On how they have treated me! I am disabled, & do not have that kind of money to throw away! And I'm sure nobody wants to be treated the way I was and lose that kind of money! And having to go through all this the last few months is not good for my health! Stress, anger, anxiety!

I am trying to get my money back they told me to send pictures of the shoes and the number on each pair of shoes which I did I sent the pictures of the shoes the numbers and also the envelope that came in I got an email today saying those numbers did not match my order so I must've got them some someplace else! I lookEd up the tracking number they sent & it matches the shipping label! I emailed them pictures of their tracking number and the package tracking number now I am waiting to see what happens I am going to contact PayPal this is ridiculous these people should not be allowed to operate!

I ordered my shoes and right after cancelled the order. They charged my acc ount before they were supposed to and refused to cancel my order. They say they sent the shoes several weeks after I sent several emails to cancel. The tracking shows they were delivered but I never received what I ordered and they continue to refuse to refund my money and this has been going on almost 5 mo. I am going to file a complaint with pay pal my bank and and any whee else I can. They are a dishonest company and fraudulent too.

I only gave a star because it would not let me post with no stat-which is what they deserve

Took My Money no Shoes. Email a dozen times. Their answer back was they have so many orders. Their shipping policy says I should recieve within 3 weeks a tracking number. They tell me they my order but they tell me when they can fill it.

Shoes came late. They replied to queries but listed the order date as the day I first said that they were late. They replied slower and slower and stopped replying to my request for a refund- They had missed the holiday.
The sandals were rubbish and clearly had no arch supports as described

I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I waited about 4 weeks for delivery. Then wrote to them asking to cancel the order and refund the money. Low and behold! They shipped instead! It took another week and half to receive the now unwanted sandals. After receiving the sandals, they were very uncomfortable. I asked for a full refund and pre-paid shipping label. After going back and forth with them on email a few times, they agreed for me to toss the sandals, and they are refunding $6 per sandal (I paid $19.99 each plus s/h). I am still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks. I just rec'd another email saying to wait 30 days for a refund back to a credit card... I found out after I tried to cancel the shipment that I could get the same sandals - same price or less, no s/h from Amazon - who, we all know-is the best at refunds and returns!

After going back and forth for two months and getting paypal involved I can return the sandals for $35 and wait 2 months for a refund because they have to go to China. That is half of the purchase price to get a refund. They were shipped from Calif. Lesson learned no more purchases from these companies on facebook.
