As far as a credit card goes this is pretty average. They give you points on purchases which do add up and you get a nice little discount after awhile, but if you have a problem, like with a not so simple return, forget about it. Try to find the customer service phone number. I should have saved it and put it on this review to save everyone all the grief. Then get ready to be scuttling between your Amazon acct.and Chase account waiting to see if you got the return accepted and the credit you deserve.
