“Deliveries are fine, quality of products not so much!”

I had a year of wine and beer deliveries... all on time and with no problems. The beers are not rare or even slightly special if you know anything about beers at all. Mine were all from Ontario, so beers from around the world and rare? Go to the LCBO... Wines, same thing... if you know wines at all, you won't enjoy this. Go pick your own wines at the liquor store. Quality is average at best, unless you drink home made wine all the time, then maybe you will love these! Like I said... cant complain about deliveries and notices but they advertise these beers and wines as rare and special... blah blah blah! I never had to contact customer service but I can tell by some of that guy Bruces answers and comments on the site that Im glad I didn't have to.No wonder everyone says customer service is crappy. Start hiring staff that know a bit about the products you claim are so special (for beer and wine anyways)

Sigh. So to recap, I bought one of my sons a gift package for Christmas. The first package to arrive - the pancake breakfast - was a big disappointment as I detailed in my first review. The second package - the fruit package - just arrived yesterday, and it was even worse: he tells me that the package that cost me $60 consisted of four apples and five oranges. Really, folks? This is what $60 gets? I doubt four apples and five oranges would cost me even $20 in your local grocery store. I must agree with my son, who is not impressed with his Christmas present.

Tip for consumers:
I do not want to share any of the packages that we have received. They are too disappointing.

Products used:
The first package (Jan. 2024) was a pancake breakfast package. The second package (Feb. 2024) was a fruit package.
