Do NOT sign any contract for an estimate or inspection. You WILL be locked in and they will take all your money for doing especially NO WORK for an estimate signed. Do NOT sign after inspections. It is a Trap! The new young owners are Desperate. It is not like how the company was first many, many years ago.
