Do not sign up with them through the website and expect to get a free sample like the adverts imply. There are hidden fees in the terms of service that incur 14 days from initial purchase. AlphaMax will charge your nearly a $100 after 14 days for a purchase that initially appear to be only $4.95. I have had numerous conversations with these people and they are not helpful. Instead they hide behind their "legally binding terms of service" to make a profit by charging your credit card without explicit permission. I tossed the pills. I expect they function about as well as this company.

I called for their product and 14 day time trial. They shipped 2 bottles on different dates and charged me $5.99 shipping for each bottle. I called within the 14 day period and was informed cancellation was timely. Month later checked my debit account and had been charged $88.95 on 7/23 and $89.98 on 7/24,2016. Have called to discuss 3 different times and the answer is No record of my timely call. S. o they ripped me off for $191.85. No refund whatsoever. Don't be a FOOL like me. The product is beyond B. S.

This company is sneaky. They some how got into my Google and sent me this crap. Was shocked when the $94.90 was taken out my account. I tried calling them from the number that was listed on the bank transaction they never answer the phone I didn't know what company it was until finally I saw his thinking to me I never ordered that I don't need no kind of enhancement I'm not a man I'm a woman and my man sure don't need it cuz he get his business hard always. Anyway my blank block them and refunded my money back to me

Do not order this FREE TRIAL. It is a scam, you can cancel your "membership" and they are happy to do it. But, if you miscalculate and cancel one day late, you will be charged almost $200 and there is nothing you can do about it. The product sucks anyway, all it did was make my husband sleep like a baby! Then I find out it is available for 34.99 a bottle of 120 capsules and the company is charging me $89.97. So much for "FREE TRIAL" I called 4 different times and was told 4 times there was nothing I could do but pay the charges.

Dont order from Alpha Max.it is a sneaky website offering a 30 day trial for the price of shipping and handling and then adds another bottle of some other pills for the shipping and handling fee and never mentions the monthly subscription and then one month later get charged 89.37 and 85.97 for each type of the pills and another monthly subscription and when you call to cancel they will only offer you 50 percent of your money back for something you never authorized to begin with. My Card Member Services for my credit card is helping with the dispute of these unauthorized charges to my card.

Definitely a scam. Sent the alphamax which was 6.95 and 6.95 shipping and some other random supplement which figured was a sample... Ended up costing over $200 bucks. Recieved an alert from the creditcard purchased the alphamax with, that a transaction was made where the card was not present. Sure enough this sneaky company automatically charges what they said were the supplements full price charges after the trial period of 2 weeks. What a joke. There was a charge for $94.90 and the rep said there would be a secondary charge of 94.90 for the additional supplement the sent (that I never asked for in the first place) Rep stated all transactions were final, wouldnt let me return nor refund. Small print in the terms of service (supposedly) state cancellation must be made before the 14days. Got my cancellation number from the Rep. Hopefully they ACTUALLY cancelled. Guess I'll see soon enough. Disputed all charges with my credit card company. Never again will do business with this company. Definitely pay to do your research and reading reviews before buying anything online.
