Allstate Banners

I absolutely dislike your automated chat continually popping up while I'm trying to make a purchase. I told "Nancy" more than a dozen times that I did not want/need help, but she said it was automated and she couldn't make it stop. RUDE!!!!

Website is buggy / has some type of problem with large orders. The site errored out and cleared my shopping cart twice after spending an hour uploading the banner images. Ended up having to split order up and pay shipping separately to get it through.

I had to upload my banner. I tried to build it on your web site and just as I was getting done, it crashed on me. No problem, I was able to redo it and upload it. Thank you for your service though!

Your website is difficult to use and some things don't work. For example, I selected Outdoor Banner and it specifically says that they are 18oz. vinyl, however, when you complete the form, it says 13oz. vinyl and doesn't allow you to change it. The designer tool stinks - doesn't work at all.

I am not sure yet. CS was not available for live chat and the site had trouble loading so I could not find phone number. I am nervous about my purchase.

I never received a proof on my initial order and had to resend all files through customer service. I paid for rush shipping on my initial order. After contacting customer service and resending files, was promised delivery by Friday but it did not ship when promised. Shipped overnight to UPS store and delivery was again delayed. I called and emailed customer service but no one ever responded. Was only able to get things done by doing an online chat.

On line messaging was great. Tried to us 18SALE coupon for first time order and didn't work. Tried MOM15, still nothing, finally 10SALE gave me a little discount. I am a wholesales who usually works with a company in LA and I get my banners for $48, but they do not offer 18oz which is what client requested. If I had a bigger margin I would use you because you are closer, but your prices are to high for me.

Other than being charged twice for one order, everything was great. Fortunately, I noticed this extra charge, and the customer representative was very helpful in resolving this.

I am constantly frustrated by your website..eapecially having to resize saved designs.Banners are wonderful, service is wonderful, website, C-

First time ordering had a little issue with product not being correct. But once it was brought to their attention they shipped it all out right away to me for the correction.

found the banner design difficult...tried to put other print on banner ...smaller...did not let me..?...

The design tool on your site almost drove me away. I ended up using my own software and was much happier with the process, but not before shopping around.

no place for tax exempt. Seems to charge for shipping on 100+ order even though big notification says it is free.

It would be nice to see a proof of the banner before purchasing. I appreciate the emailed proof though! Thank you!

There is pinkish ink on the larger banner. Not useable. Paid $78 for it. Contacted you guys, lady was very helpful but have not heard back about a replacement.

The design tool was very frustrating. I made a template and each time I pulled it up to customize, all the images were reorganized and resized. Frustrating and time-consuming.

site is slow - requires phone number which is not field I can enter at checkout so I'm forced to go back to My Account and add it.
I've asked before to have my approved Proofs saved for me as I can't see how to get them to My Designs - still hasn't happened.

The website interface doesn't inspire confidence in your company/service. If you made it cleaner and organized the features present on each web-page it would look more professional. Your design page lacks (or doesn't display how to add) a lot of pretty desirable features: more options for editing text, a grid which snaps objects in place to improve alignment, optional boarder color, etc. Even this text box for typing feedback - theres no scroll feature so I can't scroll up to see what I've written. I can use the arrows on my keyboard, but lacking little things like that make your company seem sketchy.

Design your own feature was difficult to use and took awhile to figure out. It just took too long to create. If this had been easier, my rating would have been higher. An online tutorial or user instructions would have been helpful.

The site is not user friendly, I wasn't able to change the colors of the wording because I couldn't see it on the screen, and if God forbid, I hit the back button, you must start all over again, which is absolutely ridiculous.

Hi - I would have liked to review design before I checked out, but this was not possible. Also, items I put into the cart were not there when I signed on again.

Not being able to access old banners due to website update makes things much less smooth at the moment.

Despite some website troubles, Allstate Banners provided absolutely fantastic service and top quality product! AllstateBanners beat the price of every competitor I talked with locally in Chicago, and had way better delivery. Other companies quoted fees twice as high for 3 day production and higher shipping charges even when local, AllstateBanners printed at higher resolution, processed a 7.5Gb file same day and had product in my hands the next morning for less money including shipping. Everything I could want in a vendor!

I have had great experiences with your company in the past; however, the new design tool is terrible! The old one was much more user friendly.
