I ordered some banners for my elementary gym and they are beautiful! I am so pleased with the entire process from ordering, art approval, and speedy delivery. I will definitely use again!

I thought maybe when I did the order that I wouldn't get any person to actually call me! Was I wrong! I received a call right away asking me about certain things I submitted and also made some suggestions that would work perfectly! That it did and I am truly happy with my product! Great Job!

Chatting with Terry (the Supervising Agent) during our most recent order was great and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had to make sure our order was processed correctly and in a timely fashion.

Love your products, but your design software is impossible. I'm usually able to figure out most design programs, but this one just drives me crazy. Thankfully you have great designers!

My only other comment would be that I miss the old website. It was much more user friendly :)

We needed some unusually sized custom banners in a time crunch. The chat agent I spoke with answered all of my questions quickly, helpfully, and professionally, assuring me they could print the sizes we needed and get them to us in a timely fashion. The banners arrived within just a few days after I ordered and were exactly as requested. Very impressed with their customer service, turnaround time, and quality of product.
