The banner looks great! Printing quality is definitely high as the print on the vinyl looks better than ones I have ordered from other companies
However I did have two small complaints, both are administrative related and not related to the quality of the banner it self...
First, their was an error in how much I was billed, and I had to try three different ways of contacting customer support before it was resolved. If you have an issue I recommend using the "live chat option" on their website instead of their "contact us" form. The live chat represented was very kind and professional and resolved the issue immediately whereas I never got a reply from the "contact us" form.
And I wasn't thrilled with the shipping. It was just a little bit more expensive then what I have paid elsewhere and the banner did not ship in a round tube, but in a triangular UPS tube with a tight rubber band around it. In the shipping process the rubber band melted to the vinyl on the back of the banner. I was able to peal the rubber band off but this left a seemingly permanent crease mark across the banner.
I ordered my banner with grommets every 2 feet. There were grommets top and bottom at the extreme left and right edges but no others. I had to buy a grommet kit and do it myself. Order ID: PB3V*******

The price and speed is unbeatable, Yet I have had other companies make these banners and this is the only one that printed the banners as if they have already been faded in the sun. The brighter colors were dull as if faded, and the black/dark colors were not as rich.
They had problems recreating the message and didn't follow up with me in a timely manner. The designer didn't do what I had asked them to do so we went back and forth for over a week trying to get the correct font and color...very frustrating!
The site is easy to use and the banners are great and durable.
Love the product and service. But switching to a new system really set me back and I have to call you guys to look at my designs on your previous system.

You guys rock! I have come back over 10 times for my Hometown Hero Banners and they are always great. There was a mistake with my last banner and I had a hard time reaching them but when I finally did they had banner redone and shipped to me within 2 days. Thanks.
