I ordered some banners for my elementary gym and they are beautiful! I am so pleased with the entire process from ordering, art approval, and speedy delivery. I will definitely use again!

I thought maybe when I did the order that I wouldn't get any person to actually call me! Was I wrong! I received a call right away asking me about certain things I submitted and also made some suggestions that would work perfectly! That it did and I am truly happy with my product! Great Job!

I absolutely dislike your automated chat continually popping up while I'm trying to make a purchase. I told "Nancy" more than a dozen times that I did not want/need help, but she said it was automated and she couldn't make it stop. RUDE!!!!

They did a wonderful job on my banners! Very helpful and fast service. Would highly recommend them!

Always very good. 2 things would make it better: 1. Make Height & Width field order consist with labels, and 2. Allow orders to be saved mid-stream. I had to re-start the order several times to confirm info and ended up re-uploading my files multiple times. Love your product & service, though!

We've ordered from Allstate a couple of times and always happy with the products we receive. Customer service is wonderful! Chatting with Terry (the Supervising Agent) during our most recent order was great and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had to make sure our order was processed correctly and in a timely fashion.

Everyone is very pleasant. If my products come out ad good as the customer service - I will be elated!

I enjoyed this first banner so much, that I had my media manager order 1,200 more. Great product at a fair price!

Order came in 3 days ahead of schedule in better condition than my previous banner company. Price was also 40% less than the local guys!! Online customer help was fast friendly and top notch.

Website is buggy / has some type of problem with large orders. The site errored out and cleared my shopping cart twice after spending an hour uploading the banner images. Ended up having to split order up and pay shipping separately to get it through.

The banner was perfect...it looked exactly as ordered. The suction cups did not work. I will definitely use your company again for my signage needs.

I wish there were a lot more options when it comes to designing your own banner (fonts, graphics, background, etc)
