Extremely Disappointing Experience when visiting this dealership. First, used car sales manager would only give a verbal dollar quote; not written. Second, manager intentionally attempted to switch my vehicle registration with different vehicle paperwork; in order to return... Third, manager attempted to keep second key fob, in order to return! Fourth, received a verbal quote on vehicle, so low, that I had to inquire as to whether the Sales Managers were just released from a Mental Institution or was a Lobotomy recently performed? This Dealer is not recommended! Unless You have Mental Issues!
