I needed tech support for my Norton. I went on Google and called this company by mistake and they scammed me out of $850 for 5 years of tech suppport. They also accessed my laptops and installed their BS software in them. I called the real Norton and they didn't know who these scammers are. I called my credit card company to cancel that purchase, which I disputed.

I first contacted Norton on a billing issue. Then I was on with a support agent who was wanting to access my computer. What made me listen to him was he would be giving me a credit for what I had already paid for Norton. He continued to fix my computer on line remote and told me of the problems i had. He then offered me the yearly support packeages. Like an idiot i selected the 5 year plan for 699.00. Well its two days into it and my computer have many issues that developed. When you dial them you sit on hold for a couple of minutes then they say good by and your disconnected. I'm going to dispute the charge on my CC. And see what happends.

My 5 year old MacBook Air would not connect to my new Canon printer. Mark spent 4-5 hours patiently finding a way to remotely access my computer and look for evidence of virus infection or other problems. He felt an overnight reset might be needed. Next day the problem was not resolved. Called again. This time I spoke to Steve T who also had extraordinary patience and kindness. Got the printer to work via wifi and told me not to try the cable again.

Worked great for 2 months till I forgot and used the cable (head slap!). Steve T answered the call this time and got that problem fixed in JUST A FEW MINUTES this time and installed the new Norton application for me quickly as well.

I give this company super-high ratings. Outstanding effort and patience. Worth every penny.

They pretended to be Canon tech support and asked to install software on my laptop to determine what part the printer needs. Scammers stealing personal information. Avoid.

Allroundfix is a very reliable company to do business with. They have always been there when I needed help with my computers, day or night. I had a problem once that it took them all night to fix, but the tech told me he would get it fixed before he went off his shift. He came threw and sure enough he found my problem and had it fixed so I could use my machine the next morning. This company has been very good to me and my family for the last 2 years.
