I have had the opportunity to use Allroundfix technical support on several occasions. Each time I contacted them I was met with a warm reception and treated with courtesy. Each time I contacted the problem was resolved. Over the time I have been with Allroundfix they have gained my respect and trust. I feel good about Allroundfix and have recommended them to some of my friends and relatives.

Very good experience. Always let me know when my computer needs attention.

It is nice to not have to take your computer to a shop to get it running well. Allroundfix is always willing to help. Sometimes the problem take quite awhile and they stay with it until the problem is solved. Overall I have been very happy for Allroundfix.

The support services that I have received have been wonderful. The technicians are courteous and stick with the job until it is finished. I like the streamlined access passage where you do not have to re-tell your issue to several people before actually getting to the technician. I started using my computer and all of a sudden all these pop up ads kept coming up like "flash mall" and many more. I started getting all of these alerts that my computer and all my information was compromised. I felt so exposed and scared until I called Allroundfix. They are amazing! The technician was so calm, competent and thorough. Within 10 minutes he had fixed all my problems and even made more storage for me and other suggestions of things I needed or didn't need on my computer. It was miraculous and such a gift! I would use them over and over and recommend them to anyone who has any technical difficulties whatsoever. Nothing is too small or insignificant that you should feel you can't ask for help and get it fixed. I feel so safe now and with a faster running, cleaner and protected computer. In the past year I had several problems with my computer, and getting the excellent help from Allroundfix LLC was critical for my performance. To me, the most outstanding tool they have/use, is taking charge of your computer and do their work, while you can do something else, or just look in awe to your computer while they work.

During my subscription with Allroundfix LLC my computer problems were fixed quickly and the technical support was very polite when handling any computer issues I had. Excellent Service!

I got an issue with my Norton Antivirus and slow computer performance, which wasn't working properly. Spoke to Tech Luke in Allrounfix LLC and he was incredible -- patient, articulate, and knowledgable. He fixed the Antivirus and my laptop slow performance issue that's been persisting for a while, he also explained what it would take to correct and prevent it. He was efficient and worth the price. Would use this service again and recommend the same.

He understood the problem and fixed it in quickly and even called me back to make sure I was able to finish my problem. He was very nice and understood my problem

Sky had to reconfigure my computer to upgrade it with the printer. He was working with me for a good hour or more. I am so appreciative for the service that Allround fix provides. I'm not a techie, and I can't thank Sky and this company for their support and help. Otherwise, I don't know what I would do. Thank you, All roundfix, LLC.

I logged in to McAfee "official" website to buy antivirus protection. All Round Fix LLC spoofed the connection and claimed to be the tech support for McAfee to gain confidence. The woman on the phone pushed to sell one year of McAfee antivirus and 3 years of technical support for $599. A technician installed McAfee and I gave him access to my computer for him to fix any errors.

On October 2021 All Round Fix LLC called saying, "We are your Technical Support and have observed some network abnormalities and we need to access your PC to check it out". The guy wanted an additional $599 to fix the problem. I said no. Suddenly my screen became all blue and I could not see what was going on… the hacker was actually downloading all my files!

I quickly pulled the power cord from my PC and asked, "So, you are the hacker!" "Yes, I am the hacker and I already got everything that I need, he replied"

When he got to my bank login page he could not get in because, fortunately, I never saved the password to access my bank account.
I am not the only one that has been hacked by these crooks. There are many complains filed with the BBB where they pulled the same scam pretending to be the tech support for Norton.
