I found out this website has bad reviews after placing several orders, but here is my honest review of my experiences so far. This website has a wider variety of poster content than other websites. They were also having a sale, so I seized the moment to get all the content I've wanted ever since I was a kid. I was able to get unique Japanese content and vintage maps. My most recent purchase was a large, framed world map, but I didn't ask for any special treatment or cropping, so we'll see how it goes. But so far, for all of the standard 18 x 12 inch posters, I have 0 complaints on the quality or condition in which they came delivered. The only minor inconvenience I've experienced was having to wait about a week for the purchases to be delivered, but that's not a big deal.

We purchased a $250 framed poster and it arrived via FedEx in an unsecured, unprotected, flimsy box, with no internal foam protection or any other packaging norms, and as a result, the box and it's contents were severely damaged; frame split, glass cracked, etc. Just a bunch of inept, capitalist fools, that should do the American consumer a favor, and get the hell outta business! GO already, you incompetent jack-asses!
I cannot review the product I ordered because I still haven't received it! I have never seen such poor shipping practices anywhere else! What is the point of "tracking" when the so-called tracking never updates?! I wish I had read the reviews on here before ordering from these clowns. I will update if and when I receive said product!

I finally received the above order, a movie poster, but I am disappointed that the top was cropped and the print looks like it was cheaply scanned by an amateur printing outfit! I expected better quality after paying good money for this! Never again.

Placed an order on March 11, website tracker does not work. No customer service number available. Emails sent to customer service go unanswered. One month later I Finally found a phone number in someone else's review. The person who answers the phone knows nothing. Says she thinks the item was discontinued and isn't sure if they would have ever let me know. Suggested I spend double the money for a different poster on their website and place a new order. I have a very sad little boy who just really wanted his Tom Brady poster for his birthday. I will never recommend or order from this website again. Buyer beware!

I purchased 6 one-sheet posters in two orders. All items were damaged by Allposters and the last was damaged by FedEx. Do not use this company since they don't seem to care about quality.

Slow service for over priced poster ($95.00), website confusing, i.e. Seemed to include framing; called co. " It'll be ready to hang" Sought a return, "Call Fed. Ex. To get return papers. Call back after 10 days if not satisfied." Find a photo or poster somewhere else, sized to a standard frame from Michaels.com or other such store. Send the money you've saved plus the value of my efforts, to, and visit your library.
My kids and I just spent a ton of time trying to pick out posters only to find out in the checkout that all 3 posters we had selected were not available. Huge waste of time. Obviously, no product updating is occurring on the pages you actually shop. Also, was able to find much better selection of Jordan posters on Amazon for a better price.

It's taken over a month to get a poster. Large furniture ships faster. Every time I chat with their customer service I get "There's a delay at our warehouse, it will ship as soon as possible." No firm dates, no tracking information. Most recently they did me the kindness of changing to overnight shipping... but then could not provide an estimated shipping date. Kind of think this site is a scam.

I placed an order for a small art print on a wood mount. Only 16x12". Should have been an easy job. But not for these folks. No, these folks are highly adept at the art of incompetence. To them, no transaction is complete without at least 3 operation bungles. That's 3 screw-ups. Then we can call it a day. First, they managed to crop an INCH off of the 12" image. That's a lot of cropping for a small image and of course it re-centered the focal point. They promised to produce a new one, and fix the issues. Then I didn't hear back for weeks. After numerous conflicting back n forth emails, I finally spoke with a "supervisor" who says the job got "lost." They need to start over. Again. She promises expedited shipping to help make up for lost time. But that never happened, it shipped regular ground. 2 weeks later it arrives. And it arrives, somehow, with the print shops copyright info printed on the FRONT of the piece. Not on the back. Right on the F'ing front. These people have to be trying to be this incompetent. No one works in Quality Control, they obviously have no process for that. This is ART we're talking about here, and they repeatedly demonstrated ZERO attention to detail. Sad. Pathetic, really. They ought hang their heads in shame. But no doubt they have no shame to hang with. It's been 2 days since I contacted them requesting a return. Crickets. Ordering, production, and shipping from AllPosters has been snail slow each time. FYI - AllPosters.com is also Art.com. I recommend ordering art from one of their many competitors instead.
I ordered ONE poster. My bank statement showed 5 duplicate charges from this company. I contacted them to ask why I was charged FIVE times for ONE order and they basically said "to make sure you have money in your account" and "it should be cleared" when your item ships. Well, here we are a week later and my item still hasn't been shipped.

This is a dreadful company, who placed two incorrect prints into my order with the proper invoice of what I was supposed to receive. When I contacted the company, the live chat agent, Debby, was very unhelpful and reluctant to expedite the replacement order. I just received a refund, because now, these prints are "unavailable." I will never patronize this site again. Unacceptable business practices are occurring here.
Ordered a 24x36 canvas poster—sent me the first one, the image was crooked and misaligned. I reached out to customer service and they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement. I requested a replacement and again, the second canvas was misaligned and at a ridiculous angle. I reached out to customer service and requested a full refund. I'm convinced there is no quality assurance or quality control at this organization.
After I ordered 5 posters, not only did only 4 get delivered, they had also stolled 284 dollars directly out of my bank account 3 times!
After writing to them they decided I don't get my 5th poster and then stole money again!
Terrible awful company they are, I warn everyone to not give them a debit/visa card number or I bet you will have the same nightmare I had with them.
I just hope this saves some others the stress.of having thise issue.
I'm a single mother and live pay cheque to pay cheque and I couldn't feed my family the first night they stole out of my account and it was so scary and felt grossly weird.

For 130 USD quite disappointing. Poor quality canvas had two knots in it that didn't take the color and looks like 2 giant pieces of white lint on the print. The edges are cut not folded and the canvas is loose and had a large divet in it as if it was left against the edge of a work bench.

Careful to canadians: they ship every poster in different boxes. That means you'll probably have to pay customs for every single one of them. It will be 2$ taxes + 13$ for Fedex fees = 15$ for every poster.
Just for the huge delay: don't buy there.
I get it... it's a poster company probably with inadequate staff and poor management who seemingly want to sell posters with their abundant adds, etc. However, it takes forever for them to just ship it out and when it goes out, your shipping is the slowest I've ever seen. I could have driven there, picked it up and driven back before it even came close to a delivery. Once that poster is shipped then that's when the umbilical cord is cut and they no longer care. If you have issues, that's when you find out that they REALLY don't care. I will not purchase anything else from them again.
I ordered a poster over five weeks ago and still have not received it. After calling continuously for days, I was told that they would escalate my order and would be overnighted! Never happened! Customer Service advised that they did a "reshipment" and I would receive the order in 2-3 business days. To date, no poster! Horrible customer service. Everyone you deal with are total morons!
Its been a month since ordering my canvas from here. I contacted their support and was told it would ship out in 3 days. It never did. 4 days after that I messaged them again asking why it did not ship when it was supposed to. All I got was a canned response saying "We are experiencing production delays." They have no issues taking your money and processing your payment, but after that they could care less. In 2021 I'm shocked this company is able to survive, especially since my story seems to be what 90% of all customers face. Thanks for nothing Allposters, I'll be waiting for your chapter 7.
Art.com is reselling unauthorized copies of my copyrighted Civil Rights photographs without compensation.
They're not even good copies because they are not from the original negatives but from copies of low quality third generation prints.

One month after I made an order for 2 posters, I had received 1 poster. Their excuse was they had to wait for their supplier to send them. This is a middle man and nothing more. I went to Zazzle for 4 posters, received them within 4 days, for less money. I will never do business again. Now I have to deal with getting jerked around on the second poster.

I ordered a poster on 7/2/2020 and never received it. Allposters kept telling me there was a delay and it would be received soon. In August still no poster! At the end of August I requested a refund and now it is September and still no refund! The guarantee is fictitious and for that matter so are their products. ************** is the order number and now their statement shows the order is cancelled... so where is my money?
My posters never got delivered. My account does not even show my order history. They billed me though per my bank statement. They drop chat obn you when asking about why no delivery. If they can't have your order history and order number n your account they make it difficult to check progress. It's like they are going out of their way to $#*! up. Shaky business with non-existent back office logistics..
