You really need to tighen the security of your site, i believe this isnt the first time its been hacked and i just thinks it unfair for the PAYING members to lose their VIP and not get refunded. This person who is claiming to be "admin" or "supervisor" is damging your companies name and scaring away potential customers. You need to get a hold of your own site and do something about it. And i am not scared of this poser trying to threaten to ban people for no rwason with 0 evidence for the several bans he has done. Hes $#*!ing up your entire website man
