I Paid to have a peofessional deep steam clean, and got a lazy hand scrub job. I was to have my grout color chanded, gave the exact brand and color used on my newly installed floor. The grout color I got was darker then it should had been. He took no responsibility of maybe error on his part.The pic shows a small sample in the corner of what thay used is a shade darker then the color of my newly installed floor. All the owner could say " it's what i had picked" Poor, Poor customer service, I even had to call them back to clean up the sloppy grout lines.
