I called customer service to discuss Micron Ratings on My filter orders. The agent was very well informed and satisfied all of my questions. Another thing, i have been buying a case of filters for the past 6 years and have been very satisfied by the Spiro filter's performance in removing most of the remainder of the lead that my main filtration system removes.
