Ordered a filter for my refrigerator from All Filters easy to navigate website. When I had a problem with delivery from FedEx, customer service representative, Maecee (from All Filters), said she would check with FedEx and see what was happening. I received the filter shortly after our call. Maecee was very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I would order from All Filters again.
I ordered a water filter for my refrigerator and when it arrived I discovered it was not the right filter. I wrote an email to the company and was surprised to receive an almost immediate reply from Maecee, who 1) provided a full refund w/o having to return the filter, and gave me the correct filter number and web page.

Zoe from AllFilters was knowledgeable and very helpful getting my filters order straightened out. Refrigerator water filters, it seems, have a manufacturers number and a more generic number. The two don't always translate correctly it seems. Zoe walked me through the process of returning the filters I had ordered, which were not correct, and getting the filters I needed. If only customer service were always this responsive!
I ordered a refrigerator filter from All Filters which was supposed to be the correct one for my unit. When I went to install it, however, it wouldn't fit. I contacted All Filters and immediately received a response from a representative, Maecee. She promptly issued a refund and the problem was resolved. I highly recommend this company.
I bought a water filter online from allfilter.com but it doesn't fit my refrigerator at home. So I filled up the return request and got email from Maecee who asked me for the reasons. After I explained the reason she said she will refund the money to my account and I don't need to return the filter. It's not expensive. But that's the best return policy I have ever seen.
We ordered 2 pool filters, and they were delivered damaged. I sent an email to explain about it, and was told to send photos, which I did. I was told that I would receive a refund for the product. Maecee, got right on it answered each time I sent an email, she promised to refund the money for the product. And, she was really speedy about it. I was so amazed that I think I talked to everyone I ran into about it. She is a jewel, and All Filters is so blessed to have her working for them.
