I purchased a 20x20x5 air filter and when I compared it with the same size in my unit it was a very noticeable larger size. I contacted AllFilters for an exchange and all they would offer me is a 50% off my next purchase. No exchange! They also asked me to take a picture of the filter with a tape measure and you could clearly see the size difference
Fake filters! Horrible customer service! No refunds! Led about shipping times and about their products!
