I will always use all filters! Much cheaper than filters at local stores and the quality is just the same. I had to email customer service a few months ago because we moved and I ordered a filter and it entered the wrong address and I needed to change the address so our filter didn't get delivered to the wrong address and they called me right away and fixed it. I left a voicemail and they called me within a few minutes. I have only ever ordered refrigerator filters for our Kenmore Elite refrigerator and have never had any issues. Our ice and water taste fine so I guess it's doing it's job. Thanks so much! I will continue to order from yall.

However, I was a little confused when I was requested to update my address because my current address was shone to be accurate so I did not think that I needed to update it. I finally clicked on the update my address button, and I clicked on my current address. Then I was able to pay with Apple Pay.
