I like the filter email reminder shortly before the filter needs to be replaced. It enables me to reorder without searching for the name of the company through old emails or online. The service is prompt and I stack them in the cabinet above the fridge--always ready and available, not in the basement, garage or attic

When I went to replace, could not exchange it. Second time, I ordered from another company and wasn't close to fitting. Payed to have an appliance man come out and replace it to make sure nothing was broken. He replaced it with no problem. Guess I wasn't holding my mouth right. Anyway everything fine now.
