Bad support from allcall

I got an ALLCALL RIO from gearbest that came with bloatware/malware installed. Went to allcall site and installed new firmware as instructed by their technical team but ended up with my touchscreen not working properly. After contacting their support team I tried their suggestions but no avail and haven't got any reply so far. My phone is unusable.
