All Arctic Air

After enduring a week of sweltering heat with a broken air conditioner, my daughter called Kevin Ryan at Artic Air. She called in the morning and Kevin was here in the aftenoon. Kevin repaired burnt wires, cleaned the motor, and traced the connections to make sure the connections were all correctand fixed those that were wrong. When he finished, the air conditioner worked better than it did when it was brand new. When he left we were feeling cool air. A few days later he called to check on us and make sure there were no problems with the air conditioner. We were having additional problems because the air conditioner would not work on auto but with the fan only. Kevin returned in the afternoon and replaced the thermostat. Kevin did an excellent job repairing our air condtoner and went the extra mile to make sure we had cool air. I would highly recommend Kevin Ryan and Artic Air to everyone as a reliable and excellent HVAC company, that goes the extra mile to ensure that the job is done right and the comfort of the customer.
