My water and hydro bill is less that $200 but they have me on a plan for $352 prepaid I have a $1301 CR no one answers the phone for a correction or to give me my money back was on the phone today for over 45 min no one answers. I WANT My MONEY BACK
Hopefully your not stuck in a city with Alectra utilities because they are F**KING thieves!
Horrible service! And to top it off, they add a 1.7% charge if you use your credit card!
