While the staff is friendly fly they literally steal money without any regard. Their items aren't even that great to be honest. I've spent an incredible amount of money just to hit road block and after road block and be left with one item. It's a complete scam.
Guys I had the same issue as the person commenting on this post. DO NOT buy from them! I ordered 2 sweaters, 4 tops and 3 leggings when they had a 25% sale. I only got 3 items! 1 top and 2 sweaters! This was beyond ridiculous, when I contacted them, they said they checked the "cameras" and everything was packed. They did not want to issue a refund so I went to my credit card company and did a charge back! The bag where my items came from was too small to fit those all those items and it appeared as if it was opened and sealed again. Either they are lying or someone who takes the packages to the post office is stealing items and sealing the packages back. NEVER AGAIN! I was about to lose 500 dollars worth of clothing and thank God my credit card issued a refund. I order so much online and never experience this type of thing from another store! They definitely steal or hired someone who is the thief!

If you order a lot, expect for some items to be stolen.

Received my package but it is missing 4 out of 7 items I ordered. Contacted the business and I was told I am lying and the items were packed. The items worth ~$150 after the taxes. I will never ever buy from this brand anymore. I have taken this matter to BBB and I will continue to warn people about this issue. Please DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE.

I ordered two items on a buy one get one (BOGO) promo. I received a confirmation e-mail listing each item at full price with no total. I contacted them to confirm it was BOGO and received an e-mail that I would only be charged for one item. The items appeared to be good quality but the leggings were higher waist than I expected and the top had multicolor sparkles which was unclear from the website description. Wanted to return, but the website kept saying the items were not allowed to be returned. I had checked the return polocy beforehand, so I did not understand. E-mailed several times and kept being sent a link to the return portal which did not help at all! Finally got a return label, but now I do not trust them at all. Decided to keep the items and will dispute if they charge the wrong amount.
