Ajax Mitsubishi

I visited the Ajax Mitsubishi dealership.I found the showroom new and very easy to move around vehicles on display.Sean Ormond answered all my questions,without the usual pressure of a sale.Unlike many dealerships I enjoyed the experience.I would certainly go back and recommend them.

Since I bought my Lancer from them not other than problems they have not idea what they do and their answer always is: "We are sorry but that is an after market product, not made by Mitsubishi"
Starting with my navigation system, never worked, continuously loosing the sound of my speakers, had to comeback at least twice a week, after 7 month finally got it changed, with the same results, I quit and decided not to go there, totally waste of time

Then my tires, they installed the cheapest Dunlop tires, after 40K km I don't have tires, for Dunlop to honor their warranty I need something that said my lancer was delivered with that tires, come back to the Dealer, answer: "We cannot give you anything that says the lancer was delivered with the Dunlop tires", when I showed the warranty they gave me when purchasing the car (Warranty don't say that my lancer has that tires", the answer was: "Sales always put that warranty brochure, however the tires were not Mitsubishi made then nothing we can do"
Recommendation Never buy anything from that dealer, if something happens you are in your own, because anything not manufactured directly by Mitsubishi will not be covered", would like to know what is manufactured by Mitsubishi
