Purchased some tickets in may 2019 for 300$ cheaper than elsewhere. I got scared by what was written online, but I had no problem at all! Everythingwas registered, and pretty quickly. As long as you are not last minutes (less than 24h) or that you haven, t misspelled your name or anything, you should be ok.
Never again. I had to cancel a flight through airtickets24. Since they are 3rd party, they said I had to cancel directly with Alaska Airlines. Do that. Alaska was nice enough to give me a credit for the flight I never took. Come 8 months later, I call Alaska to redeem my credit, turns out, airtickets24 called Alaska and initiated a refund (aka my Alaska credit). Not only did they refuse to refund me for the cancelled flight, they also double-dipped and took my Alaska Airlines credit. Scumbags

This provider confirms and issues tickets on flights and then after receiving payment they change the dates and ask you to pay more.
This is not due to an airline change as the original flight dates are still available on line.
They canceled my booking without confirmation.
The system only refunded 2 passengers! Beware! Run away!

I bought 7 tickets; When I received the tickets the date of return was not the same date that I chosen... I canceled 15 mins later. It's been 15 days that I wait after my money!

First time I read this review and I dont beliecw this. I bought two times tickets with them and never had a problem. I actually use them quite offten to check the prices of air fares as it seams they always get good price. They charge 5 euro booking fee as I remember..
Don't! Just don't book with airtickets24.com! My flight got cancelled one week before departure (just before christmas= no available flights) and where supposed to get 50% back from my 320€ ticket but only got 69€. Their telephone service where quick but with the time difference it was difficult to find the time. I would rather pay more for another company that promise you full refund and have a lot of different airlines that can offer another flight if yours get cancelled.
After reading so many negative comments I was worried, but I only can thank this company for efficient service. All tickets were issued with no problems and ladies from support team were very helpfull
They canceled my booking without confirmation. The investigation took so long just to check the email and timestamp.

Just returned from a Malaysia-LAX (transfer at Tokyo) return LAX-Malaysia (transfer Seoul) on Malaysia Airlines, American Airlines, Delta and Asiana Airlines combination with tickets from Airtickets24 directed from Skyscanner.
Everything went well, no hassles.
They were cheaper, done 2 weeks before departure and the multi-airline combination cannot be done by my local travel agent.
They are alright.
Booked three return flights from Indonesia to NZ. One passenger needed to change their return flight, simple NO NOT SIMPLE. These $#@&ers would not reply to emails. We rang them and eventually got some "hardly intelligible" "operator" in some third world country who eventually agreed to make the changes and advise us within 24 hours. 5 days later we are still waiting. We have rebooked with another REPUTABLE operator and chalked up the $500 return ticket to our own stupidity in booking with these wankers.

I wanted to buy a ticket from Budapest to Tokyo on Skyscanner. The best offer was from Airtickets24, so I selected this option and paid for the tickets without reading any reviews about this company. The tickets would normally cost 1600 per passenger and I bought them for 500 each!
This was the first time, when I was buying tickets alone (my parents always booked them), so I decided to read some reviews on the next day, to ensure that it's not a fraud.
All over the internet I could see reviews, saying that this company is a scam. Many reviewers said, that the company misspelled their names, so that they had to cancel the booking. I was terrified and wanted to file a credit card chargeback immediately.
I went to the bank to do the chargeback but I decided to try to call Japan airlines first and ask about the booking. They confirmed, that everything was ok with the booking and there is no reason to worry. So I was happy that I did not have to dispute the transaction.
Don't believe all the reviews, that it's a scam. Their tickets are very cheap for a reason. You can't cancel the tickets once they are paid. So this is the only negative thing about this company. They charge a huge penalty for any change or cancellation of booking.
And don't forget, that they will add "MS" or "MR" to your name on the plane ticket, you don't have to worry about it. The airlines accept it like this. I could see my name on the plane ticket written as Misakims, instead of Misaki.
There was a problem with a web page when I was trying to book a ticket.
Site gave an error and a message that I am blocked (wrong entered password). Since I have not received any confirmation I have retained another company service.
It was very unpleasant accidentally discover 5 days later, that the cost of air tickets has been taken from my account.
Сompany refused to return my money (20 euro it's not serious).
I also was told to decide if I need this refund in several hours. Travel operator was blatant lying that they were unable to contact me by phone.
So, I am really disappointed. Think a 1000 time before dealing with this company.
I do agree with all comment about airticket 24 as I also did not got response from my refund ticket. They did not care about customer after they already got money. I just want to know how we could stop this company to do their cheating business.
We bought tickets with 30 kg per person baggage allowance, and payed so...
When we went to check in at the counter, were told that our baggage max is 23 kg!
So we had to pay difference since our hand luggage was overwaight!
Dont buy at this company, they will write you in e-ticket what they want and you might be badly surprised at the end!

I've been trying to reschedule my flight for a week and still they are not calling me back! I sent many emails but they are not responding to any, I even tried to call their hotline*******881 but the agent said they will contact us as soon as possible, until now phone is not ringin, no new email arrived and still I am waiting! OMG PLSSSS AVOID THIS ticketing agency!
Recently booked a ticket from KL to Hanoi, received an email "Confirmation" from Airtickets24.com. On arrival at Hanoi airport for travel to KL, Vietnam Airlines would not let my fiancé fly as they said the Airtickets24.com confirmation was not valid and had been cancelled. Cost us a one way ticket as a replacement so my fiancé could fly.
As for "Customer Service" of Airticket24.com, save your breath for the porridge, an absolute joke. Rude, arrogant and officious, not interested at all in hearing about or resolving the problem they created.

I was scheduled my wife ticket from Istanbul to Manila in two months advance I need to re schedule for pregnancy the airticket24 been requested more than rebooking price and no refunded.
Please take care and don't take any ticket with this company they are not helping and not good approach for their customers. Please don't make mistake like me.
This company is a complete joke. Their incompetent sales team doesn't know $#*! all about airline and passport requirements and if you try to call them good luck finding anyone who speaks fluent English. When I spoke to the supervisor he constantly talked over me and wouldn't even listen to what I had to say. I've been travelling for over 3 years and booked numerous flights and I've never had any company know so little about their jobs. Airtickets25 screwed me out of $1100 DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. AVOID AVOID AVOID!
I was very very sick, and i have told them that i need to delay my deprature.
Instead they delayed my return and the airline canceled the whole trip, lost of 900$
I have recorded them and have evidence but they did not will to refund me.

Booked with AirTickets24, we were going to Sydney for a long weekend. I Paid the money a month in advance, the confirmation email came through saying within 24 hours we would receive our official tickets, nothing came. Had to email them and request my E tickets. When filling in the ticket details Google Chrome did an auto fill of the details (this part they were not at fault for) It made our first names and second names reverse. We managed to get the outgoing airline to see sense and manually change as although the name Airtickets24 would have you believe they aren't contactable 24 hours a day.
When we arrived at our destination we asked the airline bringing us back if this would be an issue they instructed us to send a quick email to the agent (airtickets24) and they could easily make the amendment. I sent the email and they replied within a few hours saying it will be taken care of. We then within 20 hours of our return flight to Christchurch I recieved an email informing me that my flight was cancelled by Airtickets24. I phoned them and again found them out of office hours and unable to help me. I phoned Quantas and asked them nicely if they could tell me if i had a ticket for that flight anymore, they informed that i had been taken off the flight and had no ticket.
This left us with no other choice than to buy a new one way flight back to Christchurch that evening and cut our holiday short. That night i arrived back in Christchurch 10 hours before the intended flight was to leave for home, an email came from AirTickets24 saying that to ignore the cancellation email and that my ticket was ready to use. I informed them copying in all correspondence and my extra tickets I had bought and asked for an explanation and demanded compensation, not for the entire package but at least for the $450 id paid for the extra flights. I have sent 4 emails now demanding at least an apology from them. Nothing has come back to me other than the painfully ironic automated email that informs me that "one of their agents will contact us shortly".
I cannot stress enough how much you need to stay away from this company.
This is the worst booking company I have ever encountered in my life. I am a traveler and this is my first time to book with this booking company thru Sky Scanner. I cancelled my ticket within 24 hours and their staff did not cancel my ticket. After several calls, I was told by their staff they are waiting for a reply from SUN EXPRESS to cancel my ticket. I cancelled the ticket because the return flight was changed. Well, I have a friend who knows someone who work directly with Sun Express. And SUN express informed me that there was no cancellation request from air tickets 24.com. I sent an email again to this worst travel agency in the world to inform them that sun express never receive a cancellation request and I gave the booking code that sun express gave me. That's the only time that these travel agency cancel my ticket. One of the staff told me on the phone to go ahead an call sun express (very rude). Which I did. Also, I have proof thru email that I cancel the booking within 24 hrs. But the mother$#*!ers says I did not. I dispute the amount to my bank and my bank refund me the whole amount but these mother$#*!ers are saying I don't have a refund. The people that works here also speaks English very poorly. I don't even know why they work in a call center customer service company. Every time I call, staff will put me on hold for 5 minutes! The first person I spoke with cannot explain things to me in English! I wish this company all the bad luck in the world!
Basically, its hard to call them because of the time difference and the hidden fees and prices of booking can really throw you off. For example, if you saw the advertised fare in dollars, it seems cheap but at checkout, there is a hidden credit card fee and the rates will be determined by your credit card company, not the prices as advertised. Please do your due diligence when booking with airticket24.com the customer service at this company do not speak English very well and will charge you an absurd amount if you decide to cancel. Worst ticketing agency ever. Definitely learned my lesson, and will not book with them again. They are cheap for a reason. Because of hidden fees. Don't take the rates that they give you. You will almost never get the rates from xe.com from your local banks either..
