I had huge problems calling them, the number on the booking was not connected, the number I eventually got through on was in Greece, bad time difference, no comprehension of English, totally ignored anything I said and EVERYTHING was MY fault. In the end they wore me down, I gave up and wrote off my money. Sorry to be the bear of bad news
