On 13th of July 2020 I did one recharge of 449 using amazon pay but I didn't get 2gb data and unlimited calls for 56 days so I contacted Amazon customer care and they said Airtel has received your payment pls contact Airtel customer service if you didn't get 2 gb data per day and unlimited calls for 56 days then I emailed Airtel customer service but no response from their side then I again emailed then also no response. Airtel is the worst company their customer support is not responsive they are bunch of cheaters.
THEY ARE MONEY GRABING PEOPLE AND ZERO AT THE CUSTOMER SERVICES
CLOSE AND WILL NEVER SUGGEST ANYONE TO BUY AIRTEL
JIO SERVICES ARE MUCH BETTER
I don't know about the other countries, but Airtel is Kenya's most reliable mobile service provider, way better than the one in second place. They offer free money transfer within their network and very cheap call charges. They have a little to do in regards to their internet connectivity service, but we'll wait
