Placing an order was highly methodical; Air-Sea Containers provided me with detailed shipping information, and gave me some time to consider whether or not to proceed with the order when the shipping costs were calculated. The shipping costs ended up totaling a bit more than the costs of the four 30-gallon drums that I was ordering, but when I received my order and removed them from the boxes, I could clearly observe that the quality was worth it. The drums feature a lock ring that is made from durable steel and not plastic. The removable lids even came with a replaceable gasket. So, for each drum costing $49 each, they were a great value. These drums were shipped at the beginning of February as promised, and arrived earlier than I thought. These drums should last me a long time, and so the $206 shipping charge is minor considering the quality of the products and that of the service.
It came on time and it was wrapped nice so it didn't get damaged. It was also cheaper than Amazon or other competitors.

ASC sells quality products at competitive prices, but delivery is slow even when items are in stock. I prefer to order online when it's convenient for me, especially since I don't have questions and know what I want to order. Orders don't ship for days. I was told by ASC that if you want a better chance of having an order ship sooner, you call and place orders over the phone.
We buy the same products from another company and when time is of the essence, I will always place orders with that company. If ASC would speed up delivery time, I'd place those orders with them as well.
